I
brought
my
car
in
today
for
an
auto
butler
service.
When
I
came
to
pick
up
my
car,
I
was
not
satisfied
with
the
way
they
detailed
it.
There
were
multiple
bug
spots
on
the
front
of
my
car,
including
the
hood
&
front
end,
as
well
as
my
side
view
mirrors.
The
inside
was
not
vacuumed
&
the
mats
were
not
cleaned,
which
they
agreed
to
do
ahead
of
time.
I
immediately
asked
to
speak
with
one
of
the
service
managers
&
he
was
in
agreement
with
me
that
the
job
was
not
a
quality
job,
therefore
he
had
them
take
care
of
it.
I
was
satisfied
with
the
outcome.
The
young
woman,
Chris
in
service
who
checked
me
in
was
also
apologetic
&
in
agreement
that
it
was
not
a
quality
job.
She
was
very
accommodating
&
helpful.
I
will
ask
for
her
again
in
the
future.
The
only
reason
why
I
am
reporting
this
issue
is
because
it
happened
the
last
time
that
I
brought
it
in.
They
had
to
redo
it.
The
workers
need
to
be
held
accountable
for
the
work
they
do,
so
the
customer
doesn’t
have
to
walk
away
disappointed.
If
I
didn’t
notice
this
before
I
left,
I
would
have
to
return
&
be
inconvenienced.
I
am
thankful
to
the
service
manager
for
having
them
rectify
the
situation.
I
certainly
hope
that
this
does
not
happen
again
&
that
next
time
I
do
not
have
to
send
the
car
back.
This
is
a
costly
service
that
I
paid
for
when
I
purchased
my
new
Lexus
&
I
would
expect
a
job
well
done.
