The rent is very high and they raise the rent in large sums up to $100 a month or more it is scandalous. They also charge tax on the rent because where it is located. Snow removal is horrible in the winter time.. they pushed all the snow against the east side of the storage units as you enter and you cannot get in to the unit. The lady who works in the office is named Joyce she's very nice and very professional but unfortunately she's working for this horrible company with really bad customer service on the corporate level. I would definitely stay away from this location unless they improve their policies

Joyce is very personable and helpful. She takes the time to explain your bill, and make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of your unit. She deserves the Great Customer Service of the Year award, because you just don't get that type of service anymore.

I want to commend the services/work of Sarah in the office at this location. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND her duties to assist me with an issue (my issue, not theirs). She didn't have to help me, it was my issue and when I walked out the door I figured it was done. Then, later that day, Sarah called to let me know that she took it UPON HERSELF to reach out to management to resolve the issue in my favor. In these crazy days when customer service in so many businesses is sorely lacking, the service I received from Sarah was AMAZING. If management reads these reviews (and I hope they do) Sarah deserves recognition and high-praise for the job she is doing (and even a pay-raise). Caring, professional employees are something to be cherished!

I was happy to find affordable storage close to home. HOWEVER, after just 2 months they raised my rent almost $10. Then the following month they shorten the gate hours to only 9:30 to 6! Completely inconvenient! No explanation at all so if you work a regular job you can never access during the week. I do not understand how they decided to charge more but offer less services. I thought it was temporary maybe because of the pandemic .Will be taking my business elsewhere!
