DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I went there and had tires and brakes done. They didn’t balance my tires, lied about the lug nut torque requirement on my truck, I had a piece of metal in my brand new tire from their shop. They are uneducated, unprofessional and will lie to your face to get there good reviews. They didn’t even have the proper equipment to tighten the lug nuts to the specific torque. I called customer service and they had an answering service answer(very unprofessional) so I left a message. I waited over a week for a return call and never received one. When I called back I spoke to Bill, the regional manager. He didn’t seem to care much and didn’t have much to say so I assume the whole company is ran like this. Do not do business with this unprofessional and shady business.

Worst service ever needed 2 new rims and 2 tires .14.000. Must match they tried to sell me new brakes even tho my brakes are brand new. New rims totally different in color and design .car was rocking becouse of 4 different air pressures. I'm now 3 weeks later at discount tires ordering 4 new matching rims and new tires for the back. Out of 14 hundred dollars , they didn't put center pieces back . Because he said these don't use them so I said cause nothing matches turned my car into a joke. Worse service ever in my 66 years woman never go in there alone. n0w my new tires are loosing air. He publicly apologies, but avoids you after the poor quality of work and poor high priced no good tires. I will get the last laugh .I will see you in court and that's a promise. It's in process

Went in for 4 new tires because mine were completely bald and I must say I received the most outstanding customer service ever. It was a great pleasure to met Justin. I told him my needs how I drive and what I had to work with. He went over and beyond on showing a few diffent brands of tires as well as price and even broke down how the tires will benefit me In a long run. We picked out the perfect tires for my car and might I say my car rides like floating feathers I really appreciate great customer service and I'll definitely be spreading the word . I called on Sunday and spoke with Rob. I explained what I needed and he was great. Gave me an awesome deal. All I had to do was show up to the location. They were available to get me in on short notice. Staff was excellent!!!! Aim to please. Was blessed to get a great deal on a set (4) of all season tires. Out the door within 2 hours! I went in to have my brakes checked, they were very honest and pricing was very competitive. Mike the manager was kind and expedient. His crew was very kind and you could see how well they all worked together as a team and how happy they all were, thanks to Management. I will go back to Mavis their prices are way more competitive than PepBoyz down the street and cannot even compare management hands down Mavis is the place to go for your car needs.

I needed to get tires balance and I have my puppy with me. Mike, was very accommodating for me and allowed me to have my puppy here while I waited for them to complete the service. The entire staff was very nice and courteous and I definitely recommend anyone needing tires or brakes done.

I went today to Mavis Tires had a 9am appt was out by 10:15. Amazing customer service Janet, Ozzy and George thank you so much for all your help and knowledge. I will definitely go back for all my car needs. I highly recommend this place!

I was a bit unnerved when I arrived at the location in Crestwood this morning. Thanks to the Manager Mike, I had an amazing experience. He was very pleasant and helpful and assured me that I would be taken care of properly and he was right!! He also shared with me all of the services that Mavis offers and I am happy to report that they will be my go to moving forward. Thank you Mike and your staff for such an awesome experience!

Romeo was amazing. He explained everything so we could understand it. He made the process very easy. He was extremely nice and wonderful to deal with. Definitely will recommend to go if you need work on your cars.

I could write a thousand page novel on all the issues with my last few appointments at Mavis, but that would simply add to the time I have wasted on them. I visited them twice for a tire light that chronically would turn on, each time I was told it was “low air pressure”. The second time, I scheduled an appointment (which they apparently don’t do on the weekends- please update your website to better reflect the services and times you carry them out- this will prevent wasting people’s time in the future) But what a pleasant surprise to come back from vacation and find the tire- who’s only problem was “it just needed a little air” to be completely flat :) thus, impeding my schedule and function for the rest of the day! I recommend this location to people who want their time wasted and absolutely no one else- Im sorry to change my five star review to that of a one star because the manager seemed competent and kind when I got my tires a year ago. The staff though…. do better!

My brakes were fixed quickly at a reasonable price. Danny was very patient and informative at the front desk and didn’t mind answering my questions. Will def be back

I was there today and was very grateful that the mechanics there were extremely helpful! My tire light kept coming on and I thought I needed a new tire. After their inspection I was told that I had a cracked rim. They also gave me a few referrals on where to buy affordable rims. Great service overall!

I came in because I needed to purchase three tires and to have them installed. Danny and Denzel took care of me. They provided incredible customer service and the Mavis team was able to quickly get the job done in about an hour while I shopped in the area. Would highly recommend this location if you’re in the area and need tire service. Thanks guys!

I usually don't write reviews but I have to say how impressed I was with the services they offered me here very professional and understanding. Manny took care of me and my wife's car. He's a real nice guy ,He took the time to explain and offer me a sweet deal .I couldn't be happier with this shop definitely will be back in the future.

Came in today to have a vehicle inspection done for Uber. Was greeted by Romeo as soon as I walked in. From the very start Romeo was polite, friendly and very professional. Other businesses take note...THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!! Thank you Mavis and especially Romeo for a smooth and fast inspection! Will recommend Mavis tire and brakes anytime I can!!

I needed new brakes and saw that Mavis Tires had a coupon. When I arrived there Danny was at the front desk. He told me they would be happy to assess my brakes. They immediately pulled my car in and went to work. A short time later Danny told me I needed new brakes on my front tires and they could do the work right away. He explained the pricing in detail and they handled everything efficiently keeping me updated. He also arranged to have my tires rotated no charge. It was raining and when I was ready to leave Danny offered to get my umbrella from my car. WOW. Danny is a superlative representative of Marcus tires. He was neatly and professionally attired. He was courteous knowledgeable friendly and so kind. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Popped a tire while driving for work and needed to get it fixed quick. Pulled up to Mavis and within minutes they were working on my car. Got in and out in around 20-30 minutes and was able to work the rest of my shift. Incredible customer service.

Great service from Manny and Marc. Car feels great after four new tires and front and rear shocks. They threw in a free oil change for me too since I spent so much and they had to keep my car overnight due to a faulty part they had to reorder. I feel they took great care with my car and have a wonderful attention to detail.

I could complain about the almost two hours I waited for 2 new tires and a rotation that was quoted 45 mins. Or the fact that I had an appointment, the first at open where I was the only person there. Or the alignment I requested in the appt that wasn't performed and then I had no time to wait while the technician who didn't follow the work order took a cigarette break in the garage as I looked on waiting for car to be pulled back in to complete service. But what I really am annoyed by is when I got into my car my low tire pressure was dinging as I exited the parking lot (see photo). Not 1 but 2 tires low in air pressure (the one I purchased and the one that was rotated both needed air) . I have always noted that tire places fill the tires with air, as protocol when they install them. This was extremely disappointing and I just filled them with air myself cause no telling how long that may have taken after probably another smoke break. I will say the staff were not disgruntle but it wasn't the level of service I'm use to at a NTB (renamed to Mavis) so Mavis may not be the place for me moving forward. Now let me go find another place to get a wheel alignment at a later date, smh.

Everyone was extremely helpful & so professional. The manager went out of his way to ensure that I received the help I needed for my vehicle. Very professional experience, as well as excellent & exceptional customer service from everyone. I would definitely recommend & will be returning for my future needs. Top quality service. I needed a front brakes job. Ozzie Moore, his staff, and the work done were excellent! The prices were reasonable, there were many payment options, and Ozzie was courteous, informative, and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend Mavis Tires, especially the Crestwood location.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! I thought I set up an appointment but it was my error in scheduling the appointment so I was a walk-in. They were over booked but they squeezed me in for a full front brake job. Then I couldn’t find the lock for my tire & they helped me resolve that issue. All of the technicians were extremely friendly, funny, wonderful, & the work was impeccable. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR AUTO NEEDS !!!! Finished replacing ball joints late on a Saturday but was too late to get an alignment anywhere. Ended up finding Mavis Tire on the internet by accident and they were actually open on a Sunday! Called up the store at 9am when they opened and they told me to come on down. I was expecting to have to leave the car, so I had a ride follow me, but when I got there, Ozzie said he could have me out of there in 45 minutes.... Guess what... I was in and out in 45 minutes! Nice to know i can get service done on a Sunday if I have an emergency.. I'll definitely go back there!

They definitely Deserve 5 Stars from me i always get Quality service each and every time i come & William is a Amazing worker and cares about the customers needs. He will go over and beyond to fix the issue and assist.

I walked in to get two tires, was welcomed by will but when he told me about my tires he seemed to tell me that my vehicle needed a wheel alignment. I noticed he told that to a customer before me and I wasn’t having it. I just recently got a wheel alignment about two weeks before and now he’s telling me I need one. And also when my car was in the shop they did an “inspection” and told me I needed brake pads and rotors all around when I got those done a month ago. Kinda sad to see a place selling services that aren’t required. Won’t be coming here ever again, and would be telling family and friends not to come here.

Came in yesterday and they were actually closing Mike was nice to still give me a price for my tires. Jackie took good care of me once I returned on Sunday. Everyone in the store was very nice and professional.

Good people there very good work... But.. ask to rotate tires before tire alignment didn't do and said they did.. also told to do oil change and said they forgot.. nothing is written down so service people in back knows what to do.. other then that they do great jod.. it's the communication that's all. Have a great day. Just double check what you want done.

You won't be wasting your time with these guys, they value yours! Corey went out of his way to assist me and I'm in a hard situation, he sure made it easy! Him and the mechanics are wonderful. Visited Saturday 10/29/22 So I came to this place to have 4 brand new tires mounted, balanced, and also got an alignment. That same Saturday, around 5pm when this place was closing, the power went out on multiple businesses around the area, and unfortunately my car was up on an electric lift, so I had to leave it behind, and go and pick it up the next day, but the manager was super friendly, and helpful the entire day. He even offered to get me an Uber to take me home. Definitely going above and beyond! 11/01/22 Tuesday morning I came back, because the front driver side tire was leaking air really fast, so I mentioned what was happening and I was taken care of immediately. They replaced a $90 part for me for free! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to get work done on their car. Very helpful, very friendly and phenomenal staff.

They were very patient with me. They allowed my vehicle to be towed there overnight and they actually worked on it. They alerted that the engine was completely blown due to overheating. They didn’t kick me while I was down. They looked out for me and even pointed me in the direction of a mechanic who can help. Very professional, very helpful, and very understanding. What more could you ask for?

I came into Mavis with 2 bald tires and 2 kind of bald tires. Mike offered me an excellent deal on 4 new tires that I couldn’t pass up. The customer service was amazing and they got me in and out without an appointment! I will definitely be back!

Marc the front desk and Mike the supervisor created a welcoming environment for tire service. The young man that serviced my car was great too. Now that 800 number you dial to get an appointment and a price needs to revamp their whole script. I witnessed Marc on two occasions that same day being treated rudely by customers because the CSR from the 800 gave out misinformation. That's not fair to the employees at the actual shop. So note, for the next customer, call the actual shop before your appointment to ensure your tires are there.

Marc provided excellent customer service. However, I paid for brake work and purchased four tires, but Mavis only completed the brake work. My car was at Mavis for over five hours. I left the facility thinking that the services that I purchased were done as requested. Once I arrived home. a family member informed me that I still had the same old tires on the vehicle. So, I went back the next day to rectify the problem. Marc apologized and stated that my car will be first. The next dilemima was that there was no tire technician there at 8am. If the facility opens at 8, then someone should have been available to assist me. District Manager (Phil) was contacted, and he failed to return my call on this matter.
