It's
a
shame
to
lack
customer
service
due
to
pure
laziness.
This
is
bothersome
when
you
have
family
businesses,
over
20
years
of
experience
in
sales,
and
aren't
a
troublesome
shopper.
My
mom
has
made
2
purchases
in
the
last
14
days
-
with
one
of
the
purchases,
she
had
called
a
family
member
to
see
if
there
were
any
coupons,
there
was,
but
they
told
her
they
cannot
do
it
over
the
phone
and
to
come
back
get
it
adjusted
whenever
she
physically
retrieves
the
coupon.
One
of
the
employees
had
attitude
simply
relaying
that
information.
Next
day
she
goes
back
-
it
is
the
same
group
of
employees.
One
of
them
was
just
as
anti
as
the
night
prior,
a
second
employee
gave
attitude
and
so
on.
It
is
unacceptable
to
turn
to
several
employees
and
feel
the
lack
of
assistance
or
the
desire
to
even
listen.
As
stated
earlier,
my
mom
made
a
couple
purchases
so
therefore
there
were
a
couple
receipts
-
they
state
the
coupon
will
be
honorable
on
only
one.
At
that
point
my
mom
was
asking
to
just
return
them
all
(all
items
on
each
receipt),
re-ring
every
item
on
one
invoice
and
apply
the
coupon
to
save
a
few
extra
dollars.
All
this
would
of
taken
just
a
few
extra
minutes,
but
it
was
too
much
to
ask
or
they
insisted
"they
couldn't".............the
manager
eventually
honored
this
and
consoled
my
mom
on
the
way
out.
It's
just
crazy
to
see
employees
willingly
treat
customers
like
this
in
front
of
the
manager.
There
were
so
many
negative
expressions
and
one
of
them
said
to
my
mom
"I'm
going
to
walk
away
from
you...".
While
getting
the
price
adjusted,
my
mom
asked
what
would
be
returning
on
her
card
and
was
blatantly
ignored.
In
a
time
of
such
uncertainty
and
struggle,
this
is
very
sad.
