    DO NOT GO HERE. I was called and spoke to a lady on the phone who told me my bracelet repair would be ready on tuesday. my promise date on the receipt was monday. the bracelet was in fact not ready on tuesday. the man who was working on tuesday was completely unprofessional and referred to me as brother. he was also incompetent as he avoided a simple question three times when i asked him if the other individual i wanted to pick up my order instead, because an hour of my life was already wasted on commute, needed the receipt with his response as it would greatly help. not saying that she needed it or that she did not need it resulting in being completely and utterly useless.

    My sales associate Benita was very helpful She went out of her way to make sure that my wife was happy. I was really pleased to see that There are still some people that will go that extra mile thank you for everything.

    I came to just window shop the Leo collection for men. I already knew what ring I wanted to get my fiancé. However the website never does the rings justice. Fast forward to my visit, I was greeted by Benita (Mrs.B what I like to call her) & OMG, not only is she the BEST at her job. She sold me the ring! Yes, the ring I came in just to look at lol. She was truly remarkable. Great energy, made me feel comfortable and handled me w the BEST CARE! I love you Mrs.B!!! Girl you’re the BOMB DOT COM!!

    Boyfriend, now fiance bought me a Beautiful Leo diamond ring there. It's nice because the ring actually has a serial number right on it, so you know it's the same diamond every time. And on the inside by the Leo signature is a little hidden diamond. Beth, our sales person was so sweet.

    This is the second time that I had a horrible experience at Kay in Orland. The first time, my husband and I bought a tungsten ring for him. We were told that we were able to bring it back anytime to get it resized. We decided to go to the Joliet store a few months later to get it resized. The Joliet store told us that Orland sold us a ring that could not be resized and that we needed to have bought the ring already pre-sized. We had to return the ring and order the ring in the correct size and ended up paying more than what it was originally. The next time, I had a horrible experience from the Orland store manage, Jeff. I was looking at jewelry for a Christmas gift with Susan ( she was great ). She was showing me my options that I had with the descriptions that I gave for what I was looking for. He came over and made a big scene. It turns out he knew me from his ex-wife (?) and ever so graciously screamed things pertaining to his recent divorce and his new fiancé. After Susan apologized for his behavior, he came back for more. He walked behind me and whispered to me "I'm sorry, but not really." He then laughed and kept walking. It was the most awkward experience that I had ever had. Kay not only lost a $1,000 sale, but really needs to invest in their customer service and proper ways to treat/talk to paying customers.

    I wanted to give a huge thank you to Kay Jewelers. They donated three boxes of St. Jude teddy bears to our children at our facility. The bears were a big hit with the children, they simply loved them. One parent called us to make sure her child hadn't taken home one of our toys. I told her no, it was a donation from your stores. Thanks for all that you do for our children, Kay Jewelers. Much appreciation is being sent your way. PS- Lee A. thanks for dropping them off to us as well.     Maybe a year ago I had a gold chain designed and they got the design wrong more then once so recently it broke so took it to a real jeweler and he said the concept was good but the design was totally wrong g and he said they over-priced it a lot $460 ..but the new designer gone redesign it at $175 same concept but just a little different design , actually the proper way ..So I advise anyone not to go get anything fixed any gold chain they charge over $50 where I we t was only $12 totally Kay is rip off

    I would like to commend Bill for the excellent customer service he provided. He was a life saver. He was able to expedite the sizing of our wedding rings so that we would have them in time for the ceremony

    Suzanne was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful in assisting me with my engagement ring. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I highly recommend going to Kay Jewelers and asking for her assistance!!

    Man oh man! Benita is the true definition of customer service and business representation. From the moment my then boyfriend and I walked into the store we were greeted and treated with respect. Benita explained EVERYTHING about diamonds (settings, clarity, size, ect). I feel like I’m an expert. She also was patient with us as we made one of the biggest steps both financially and mentally. Benita was so important to our love story. After dealing with another location because of a major repair replacement that went terribly wrong, I pleaded to allow me to return to Benita because we knew she cared about us. Not just another sale to her. I can now walk with ease because Benita restored what was taken away from us. Thank you Benita!

    This Kay's Jewelers is the best Orland Square Mall is number one I would recommend them to anyone the service is great the people are great they take their time with you make sure you get what's best for you and don't try to push anything off on you to make a sale but they make sure you're happy with what you leave with and get what is to your liking and what you can afford. It is the best experience every time I go in and I always make this my place of choice to shop for jewelry. It is my number one home of jewelry Kay's in Orland Square Mall.. ask for Josephine oh Suzanne or Jeff but all of the staff are great, you really can not go wrong with anyone of the staff members.

    Jeff was thee BEST!! He went above and beyond to repair my necklace that I haven’t worn in years. He also cleaned my jewelry set without me even asking and his customer service was SUPERB!! I definitely recommend coming to this store for any jewelry purchases and seeing him or anyone of his fellow coworkers! 🤩🤩
