I took my pup in for his first real grooming experience. His groomer Aubry did a fantastic job and said he was very cooperative. He received the VIP treatment. We will definitely be back for his future grooming needs.

Not sure why it took a pandemic to make it happen? Overall I've yet to have a bad experience with Pet Supplies Plus!!!! (other then delivery) (but not their fault!!!)

I've been doing online ordering from this location for over a year and always have a positive, quick, friendly experience! Team members are always willing to help should I need any additional items added to my order once I get to the store.

Dead beta fish in clear cups on shelf display for customers to look at and “buy?”.. very sad scene . I’m glad I didn’t take my kid because he would’ve been horrified . I counted 4 dead fish and some in a verge of dying. They looked like they been dead for a while since they were fuzzy and white. The employees were nice but cmon guys .. take care of those creatures

Walked in at 8:05 said it was too late to wash our dog. That they close it down at 8pm, there should be a sign to let people know especially wasting my time and gas. Last time I will ever come to this location. A bunch of lazy kids who want to go home already. Management should do better, if the time is 8 LET CUSTOMERS KNOW. Dont just pull a time for your convenience.

Wonderful staff. Clean store. Kittens at the store are from a rescue group which is an added plus. Nice dog wash stations. Great variety of pet needs.

I found a dead beta fish which I published to their pictures if you want to see it. And when I flagged down a worker to let her know I found a dead fish she took it from me and walked away without a word. Just right away turned her back and went to the register and laughed with her friends either about me or the dead fish. She was wearing a gray sweater jacket and glasses with black hair. Never coming back how disrespectful and rude. Disgusting behavior. And the store is expensive for what bad treatment and dirty fish tanks.

This is a great pet store...all the employees r very efficient and kind...and helpful...they have a great selection of food and products...and I see they now have a groomer that u can go to...in a little enclosed space in the front of the store....even back in the day...before covid...they used to have a low cost pet clinic u could go to...they may possibly still have some form of that now...as I had noticed signs about it...not sure if they still adopt pets out of there store now...but they used to...all in all a great place to check out...have fun....much luv....k

I was at the self dog wash shortly after the store opened. There was 1/2 inch of water on the floor and each of the tubs had clumps of hair. It was very dirty and disgusting. This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this facility being so dirty. It’s awful having to stand in a puddle of water to wash your dog! AND they recently raised the price!

I do not recommend this location for the self service dog wash. When I got there the water was cold, no hot water, not sure what the problem was and they don’t have aprons. I usually go to the location in Merrionette Park. This is my first time going to this location and my last. Also I asked two employees for aprons and instead of telling me they didn’t have one they said okay, walked away and never came back. I know it may sound like this is just a one time issue with the water but I’ve been going to the Merrionette Park location for over a year and never had this issue with not having warm water, their customer service is great and they always have at least 3 aprons.

Was nervous about taking my dog to another groomer because he and Elena at PSS in Merrionette Park have a great relationship. But Elena was booked out 2 months, so I had to take a chance. Aubry in Evergreen Park was so good to my dog. We were very pleased w cut and now my dog has 2 groomers. ☺️☺️

Their products are great. The last time I went in the cashier did her job but previous visits left me feeling disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Aubrey was the groomer for both of my dogs and I am beyond pleased with her skills and her courteous manner. She was amazing in every sense of the word and I definitely will be continuing my future services with her. Plus my dogs looked fabulous after she was done with them. 10/10 recommended! My dog, Aries, was a mix between Maltese and shitzu and my dog, Roxy, is an American bully. Thank you so much aubrey!!

Friendly staff! They always say hello and are readily available for assistance (I'm short, so I need help getting stuff from the top shelf).

The manager is very nice. She greets you when you come in. The store is well run. I like what they carry for dogs and cats. I pretty much get all my supplies here.

My favorite store to go for my dogs snacks. We also use the grooming services here. He loves his groomer and we always go to her only.

The staff is wonderful here,and very helpful.I've never had any issues in the grooming or front store area and I visit this location often. I bring my dog here for grooming services and also buy dog products here too. I only wish they had a phone app for this location, to scan a rewards card and keep track of points and coupons.

They go above and beyond!! Love this place! Stuck home sick had a delivery and the driver delivered to the wrong address. They resent the order and even called to make sure I received it. In the order was a I hope you feel better soon note. I love this location and this company!!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!! My cats are now happy!! Thank you so much!!!

We utilized the grooming services today to have Konnors nails cleaned up. Jasmine was our groomer and she was very quick and kind with Konnor, especially after we explained he has heart failure and cannot be stressed.

I go in once a week for cat food treats and litter . They have a great selection of everything. The staff even offers to carry the litter into your car. Love this place highly recommend.

Did a drive up pick up order. Was ready on time. Everything was available. The girl that brought the order to my car was very nice. Makes it easy for me as I have a hard time walking so I don't have to go inside. Would definitely do it again!
