The worst hotel so far, they turned on a very loud music start at 4 pm until 11 pm. If you happen to stay on the ocean view room which supposed to be tranquil, don't expect any of that as they will hammer you with this loud and intoralable music. They don't even care with any complain. Ridiculous. I can't even wait to write this until I leave this hotel, its that annoying. So please whoever read this from the management, it's a shame that you have the best view but your guests can't even enjoying the view with your ridiculous music. Please take it seriously.

First, the water system was blocked and no water flowed at all. I called the service immediately. Late at night I took a shower and the water was lukewarm. When I asked, I was told that they turn off the heater at 10.00 pm. The morning shower was also lukewarm, probably because the heater had not yet warmed up. 2nd. There is no lift to the rooms on the fifth floor and you have to use the stairs to get there, which is not friendly to the elderly. Late at night, the music is too loud. I was eating my dinner while listening to the sound of the waves. It was very disappointing

Great and spacious room, location and view also very good. It's a little bit annoying for the slow check in, the receptionist asking me to show the tickets from travel agent, all those things are supposed to be already online and integrated. It's like two star hotel if everything is still manual

When the fridge didn’t work, and I asked to fix it, they replace with the another working fridge. When I asked to fix the water hole in the bathroom, they also did it well. Thank you

My friend book me a non smoking room. However when I check in they said there is no more room except their room across the street. They try to clean the room but the smell is still too smelly. After long argument finally the manager gave me another room (still smoking room) but it was not that smelly. And they give complement. The next night they move me to the room that I want. Special thanks to the manager. Next time, please don't make your customer debate for such a long time.

Stayed here two nights on a business trip. Not gonna lie the view of the Palu bay from the restaurant and the parking area are outstanding. The room is pretty spacious for two person. The thing bothering me is that you can see although vaguely the person inside the bathroom, because i stayed with my workmate not my wife so there's that. The restaurant has a very limited menu, so not very enjoyable breakfast for me. And things to note that the carpet was in maintenance when i visited it. This place shines bright although the city itself is still recovering from the devastating earthquake in 2018.

Lovely rooms and breakfast, it is a shame that we did not avail ourselves of more things that were available.

The best hotel in Palu. You can enjoy the sea while having your breakfast. Nice room and nice staf. I had to leave the hotel in the early morning. In the Lobby I asked the staf to wrap my breakfast. He gave me a box of bread. It helped me a lot. I had to catch my flight so I did not have time to had breakfast. The box of bread helped me ti have breakfast when I was on my flight. Thank you so much, Swiss-Belhotel Palu.

I went there for dinner in Wei Wan yesterday night. The food was decent. Unfortunately, the sink available outside the restaurant was not working. I was guided to the nearest restroom near the pool to wash my hand, but there was no soap. I asked for soap, yet I was told to go to lobby. Was pity tough. I think proper sink and soap to wash hands is a must available near the restaurant

Booked in one of their villas for a vacation. It was spacious, tidy, well-maintained and has a great view of the sea. The staff were friendly and very accommodating too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location was also perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.

The Villa is in the different building from the hotel, It's the opposite of the Hotel's Building, Nice Place and Quite Romantic if you stay for family or couple. There is a free shuttle vehicle to meet and drop you between Villa to Hotel (Return) when you are check-in, check-out and breakfast. But if you are enjoy to walk a lil bit, it's not too far, only 5 minutes walk. Overall, had a great stay in this place. We will surely visit again next time!

The view is great, the food was delicious. Pool was quite dirty. Location was quite far from city center. Stayed for a meeting but we found technical problems all day. And without notice they moved our booked meeting room to some other room that was not facilitating the number of participants.

Can see the sea from certain rooms. Unfortunately the swimming pool water is dirty. For the room because it uses carpet for those who have allergies, it's not ok, it smells a bit.

I ever stayed here for more than a month for some business. Breafast and dinner are very great. Also this hotel have an excellent sea view, it was good for photos and time-lapse. Locals often come to organize activity such as wedding, party and so on. Waiter and waitress are very friendly. Thank you for your serving!

Stay for 1night for business but feels like vacation. Room was clean tidy and spacious bed was comfy but Aircon was kinda awkward at Daylight didn’t cool at all, The view is SPECTACULAR suggest a corner room u will get 180degree view to the Palu bay, food was yummy with various choices love that coto makassar a bit that rice cake was soft cheers to kitchen staff. Reception Hendra (cmiiw) is helpful and have knowledge on his product which is nice and offered me Newyear package. Pool and terrace area always got like very first time visiting Superb. Gym is okay not great with standard equipment. Currently The real 4stars hotel in Palu with all that facilities it has. Will definitely stay again anytime soon

First of all be careful when you book, because Swiss-Belhotel Palu has two forms: 1) Hotel and 2) Villa. Both are walking distance, separated by big main street. I didn't know that my office booked the villa one. In the villa, it has only rooms and small restaurant. No other facilities such as fitness center or pool. We still can use the hotel facilities, but of course need to walk there. Basically room in villa is similar to normal hotel, consist of bedroom and shower room but it is i separate building for each. Service and staffs were great.

It's great, rooms are clean, but it's the worst Swiss-Belhotel standard, the AC was very slow, it only cool at night, the water are terrible, it smells like swamp, the location it's far away from town, But.. I get a great deal, and don't book via application go directly, I got 250k price difference. So overall it's great for it price around 500k, if it was 7-800k I would give 2 stars

Check in was took long time which is "normal" for swissbel chain. We was place at villa which the condition was not maintain well. No hand towel, hot water not working and no water pressure for a good bath. I change to hotel room on next day which looks better for the room. Aircond in the room is annoying with the sound for whole night. Sea View here was good but feel no privacy as people sitting outside will be looking at your room. Breakfast was so so and no refill for some foods which was finished. A lot to improve for better experience.

I have stayed at the Swiss Bell Hotel, the service is very friendly, makes visitors comfortable, in my opinion the rooms are good, everything is well designed, in my opinion the food really pampers my taste buds, basically the best Swiss Bell

Such a lovely place to stay with, great staff with good services, the food is great too. Unfortunately I got a room with a little problem, the 109 room got a water leak from the ceiling, other than that it's still a good hotel.
