Check went very smooth and the lady at the front desk was very clear and helpful. We had 2 rooms of which one was clearly smaller and didn’t have a window. The next day we asked if we could change rooms and the ladies at the front desk were again very helpful and we got a different room really quickly, right next to our other room. Our rooms were spacious & clean, nice desk to work on. AC was working fine, hot and cold water was working fine. Bathroom has a strange smell to it. Breakfast is very limited, especially if you are a westerner and want some none Asian food. Basically there is a choice of 2 types of fruit, toast bread with either jam or butter, white rice & another kind of rice dish and then some chicken / veggies and soup dish. Real local and sufficient but the quality wasn’t really good. Pool was a big disappointment, pumps were not working and all kinds of dirt was floating in it, from cigarette buds to plastic wrappers and more undefinable plastic. But the room price was pretty ok for IDR 350,000 a night. You get what you pay for and we will consider returning here on a next visit to Palu!

Nice place. A bit old, but it seems that there is not much choice in Palu after the earthquake. The hotel itself is building a new wing, so on some rooms you could expect to have window facing the construction zone. The rooms need upgrade, and the hotel seems in the middle of it. There are parts in the room that looks like already been upgraded, yet there several things that are too old and do not fit in the room. The breakfast are limited but okay. Oh, and if uou stay there, ensure you have room with good aircon. I have stayed there two times (@ more than 3 days), and on both stays the aircon was not cold enough.

Its so not my day here. Check in was so long without any smile from receptionist, they send me to the wrong bed type room, tap was leaking, couldnt sleep since people yelling in the karaoke hall, worn towel. I jumped to another hotel in the next morning..

Pretty nice hotel but staff weren’t especially friendly. Demanded I fill out a special form because I was a foreigner and they didn’t demand nicely. I’ve never had to do that at other hotels. Pool was really dirty, too dirty for swimming. Next time I come to Palu I will probably look elsewhere.

A great hotel with affordable price. Though it creeps me still to think that the building is solid even after 28th september 2018 earthquake, but thank God the place is still running. It offers some small meeting and convention rooms too. The food is so-so

Too loud, lots of building work going on so if you are planning in resting in the room then its not a good choice. Its an ok place to sleep at night only. I checked out as soon as I checked in and heard the building noise.

Cozy places, but the room is not sound proof and the bathroom water can't flow to the drainage fluently due to height difference of bathroom's floor.

Comfortable place & great value for budget hotel @ Palu City

This is a decent hotel, rooms are clean. But some rooms have no windows.
