They give me room that have no window, and they charge me additional cost. In OYO apps, the room have a window. They requested 80k more, and i paid 100k, but didn't get change. Towel are dirty, and looks like somebody throw up on elevator. Very bad, i will not back this hotel.

I can understand that this is a budget hotel, but I am angry that the company lies online about its amenities. No, it is not a non-smoking hotel as advertised on Agoda; people smoke in the corridors, in the front lounge, and seemingly previous occupants of my room too—and the staff tell them they are allowed to do this despite the clear signage. No, this hotel does not have wi-fi as advertised on Agoda; my room had no wifi signals, and the staff did not provide any login information for a network anywhere in the hotel. No, it does not have a shower as promised on Agoda; my bathroom just had a pipe sticking out of the wall (not the same thing!). Shame on OYO for lying, and shame on me for believing them.

Disappointed, Sudah booking jauh hari.. but they said “sorry we cannot find your reservation” get into the room and there’s no shower head, and I even cannot flush the toilet,
