Really bad service. Cant borrow spoon and fork unless you ordered from the cafe. So dissapointed with the service!

This hotel is quite good. There are many trees and plants, so the place's shaddy and cool. But, the swimming pool is a little bit dirty, there are many leaves floating on the pool. So i had to ask the staff to clean the pool first.

The place was only 10 minutes to the airport..quite convenient environment..but the room was not as comfortable as it might look.. the floor drain in the bathroom was clogged and the sink was leaked out.. They prepared simple breakfast at 6 a.m..

Strongly recommended. The staff are nice, friendly, the room spotless clean. As I expected. But the new building doesn't cover the free wifi. Either old building and new building has swimming pool.

Good owner for sure. After the tsunami and erthquake in palu, the hotel was free for the volunteer who are came from outside of palu. Event free of charge becuase staying out side of the rooms in a tent.. But it was veey help full where are no onve hotel are operating in palu on that time. But they are wellcome to stay and the volunteer can have shower etc. So lovely.

Good place for an afternoon swim and has some yummy food options. Inexpensive rooms if you are looking to stay on this side of town. The staff is super friendly.
