This is one of the best hotel in this city. Customer service was great, especially when you make reservation of rooms for institutional events. The food and beverages at breakfast was great, i had mix of local and western food such as fried rice, porridge etc. It was also child friendly, the served some kinds of cereals. They also served espresso beverages but it was not included in breakfast/lunch package and charged separately.

Affordable price but Big No No with the room. Said non smoking room in fact, I can smell a smoke even wearing a mask still when first coming in to the room. Also, can you see tissue on the floor? Exactly that was what I saw when checking the cleanness before resting on the bed. What a shame. Another thing: closet for clothes is too high not so many people can reach it particularly short people

Standing huge amongst low buildings in the area, this hotel surely is an easy spot. Lobby was quite spacious, and you’ll be greeted nicely by the staff. COVID-19 protocol is good through the entire hotel with hand sanitizers everywhere. Room is well furnished, clean, and well-lit. It shows new or just recently renovated. Laundry and housekeeping have a good service as well.

The bed, room and its equipments are very good, especially the room lighting. There are one major and one minor problems. The main problem is that adjoining rooms is not soundproof enough. One minor problems is that the slope of the floor surface around the sitting closet wasn't done properly so the water remain stagnant for quite a long time. Otherwise this hotel is very good. Score 4.67 out of 5.0

i came here for a few times and never disappointed. even i checked in at 4am, the staffs was so helpful. unfortunately i always late for breakfast, maybe the fo staffs can offer the breakfast reminder in the future. overall this place is the best in town.

This hotel is old. The linens, bathroom, curtains, need more attention. Santika hotel has better breakfast. But this hotel has better lobby, cafe, pool, gym, and faster WiFi.

Bro just, nice almost everyone are soo nice, staffs, manager, you'd be tired of answering all dem greetings the shower you everywhere, One more plus, i asked some toiletries and bathing related stuff, and the staff showered me with what i need for daaayss. Love this place.

My Review: - Check in was okay - Room was great, spacious with nice view - Staff and service were great, Especially Mr. Manahan, Novan and 2 waitress at Eleven - Romantic Dinner was okay. Decoration and Dessert safe the night - Bfast was great, lots of choices. Coto Makassar and Ikan Woku were the best Things to improve: - No Hot water in the bathroom - Room service staff offered Fusilli for Pizza topping, better not offered that one - Romantic Dinner 1. No Menu Choices 2. Better Caesar Salad with smaller portion rather than Fruit Salad 3. Soup to thick and Garlic Bread was too dry 4. Grilled chicken was too dry and way to salty. Better offered White Wine rather than Red Wine if you served chicken for the main course Overall was okay stay. Thank you. FD

I think it's one of the best Hotel we can find in Palu, with the price, facilities and location (near to city center and of course the Airport). Recently stay there and really satisfied. The employees were very nice and helpful, especially cause we brought our family with two kids there. The food in the restaurant was really great. Hope to stay there again. Thank you Mr. Efendi and Mr. Manahan.

I have a small problem with the check in administration, but the breakfast time was much fun, the waitresses are very kind and helpful 👍

The facilities are quite complete, there is a gym and swimming pool. the service is quite satisfactory, the waiters are friendly, the menu in the restaurant is quite varied and tasty. the standard room is quite spacious, comfortable it's just that the window glass is a bit dirty.

One of the best hotel in Palu, located very close to the airport and city center. The breakfast is complete and delicious, it has well functioning gym and proper swimming pool. Lastly, the room was so clean throughout my stay
