This
is
the
second
time
I
have
booked,
I
was
supposed
to
check
in
at
11
pm
on
December
11
2019,
super
disappointed
because
when
I
arrived
it
said
the
room
was
full.
Imagine
I'm
tired
from
a
12
hour
flight
and
have
to
look
for
another
accommodation
because
my
room
was
"sold
to
someone
else".
I
don't
recommend
it
for
those
of
you
who
need
certainty.
Please
improve
management
like
this.
