Meat products esp chicken are clean, healthy fresh and somewhat cheap. Also my first go to place to buy eel fish. They give free shaved ice for every ice cream or fresh meat you buy to keep them fresh till you arrive at home. The place is very cozy a bit cold to my body, the products in the shelves are very neat and organized. It's also very clean, esp. the restroom I think it's the cleanest restroom in Palu city. But I think they should add way more products to the shelves, there are many things I can't find in the store. And also the price for fresh fruits and food are expensive, need to cut it down if you want more consumers to come.

Every weekend there's a sale on almost every products in here. Reasonable price and overall good products and a very friendly customer services. If you got a credit card from Mega Bank, and use it to do a transaction here, they'll give you another 10% discount for almost every products available.

The place is great to shop for everyday grocery needs. Reasonable price with excellent service. It's cozy enough to shop here even at its most crowded time. The toilet is always clean. Its prayer room also great. The stuff is friendly and they sell pretty much varied goods.

Friendly staff! One stop shopping for groceries, fruits, foods and beverages, daily needs for cooking, household needs, fashion items and electronic appliances. It has four level : first level serves dairy and fresh products, bakery and restaurant; second floor for cosmetics, snacks, drinks and tissue, etc; third floor for fashion items; fourth floor for electronic appliances. Place at the corner of a big road so it's little bit hard for parking.

High price compare to the others shopping centre. Long line while only 3 cashier. They don't apply the health safety care for covid 19 prevention. People are crowd around cashier area. And the customer service Don't even bother about it. Very slow respond to the customer request. Not recommended at all. Better off to PMU supermarket more choices and wider.

I am in Palu as valunteer, and i buy some mineral water for my team in Transmart. The mall so small, but it so complete, polite servant, in the cental of Palu. If u need buy some thing i recomended u visit this mall

Transmart mall is very complete and very magnificent building. ever shop here, I shop here that is grape and papaya. it's my favorite fruit, and also hang out Saturday nights here before returning to Singapore.😊😊👍😍😀😁

So so, but not like other Transmart in another city...this mart has middle area not too large, has three floors. The location is very strategies in the corner of SamRat street but one way.

Nice place with a decent price, I can say it's one stop shopping, But do not looking for Electronic here it's very pricey
