Ordered from ferndown kebabs and I have to say I'm very Disappointed in portion sizing. This is a medium chicken kebab that cost £6 (extra £1 to have salad separate) so £7..there were 5 bits of chicken in it. The smallest kebab I've ever had. Shame because it was tasty. Chicken burger was tasty but just so stingy. We requested mayo on my partners chips and they ignored it. This is the only place we've ever ordered from that won't put sauce on chips if requested. Nice food but so stingy for the price won't order again.

one star as the pizza was pretty tasty apparently . Absolutely crap service didn't get what we asked for but didn't know until the delivery driver had gone. Also paid for delivery on top and when I complained there was no apology, all I got was I "wasn't charged for the chicken burger with doner. " Will not be ordering from here again or recommending ... Seething!!

Fantastic food and service, my favourite kebab place! Food is always prepared fresh and served hot, and the service always friendly and fast!

Have used Ferndown Kebabs for a while now with no problems. Last wk made an order, part of the order was missing. Phoned them, very apologetic said they would take the cost off of next order. Tonight made another order, reminded them of previous missing item, no problem, then realised they charged me again for the said missing item. Phoned back to query only to be told they are far to busy & haven't got time to talk, so cancelled order & wont be buying from them again. They really need to get customer service issues dealt with. UPDATE: It was actually 4 pots of garlic dip = £1.20 when I called the 2nd time you I told you what I had ordered and turned out whoever took the order had put down a chicken kebab NOT the chicken with Doner meat & cheese sandwich that I had asked for. Hence querying the price as the dips HAD been added as well. Will definitely NOT be using Ferndown kebabs again. If it was just 30p I would have let it go but it was the rudeness on the phone. All I wanted was to have the correct order with the correct price.

Was good at one point. Food is fabulous as always very tasty. But still customer service not good and closes early than half an hour to an hour early than what they are suppose to. Sorry but that needs to improve getting lazy. But your food is brilliant.

My favourite kebab shop, i love all the food at this kebab shop, great kebabs, great pizzas n burgers, great side dishes. All freshly prepared infrount of you, welcoming, friendly, helpful and clean. #food of champions 💪🥊

Food is usually good but... Delivery service took 1h20m and still waiting. Told there busy at 5 PM so much it takes and hour and 20 min to cook and deliver. If I wanted a microwave meal I would have gone to tescos. Not impressed.ok so 1 h 25 and have received my meal. Chips been microwaved and so has the burger as the salad is non existent. V v bad service . Recieved a checkin burger in bread no salad or sause call and got argumentative angery people. No offer to correct or anything along those lines. Will upload pictures and over phone response to this issue

Very nice kebab, very fresh and still hot when it was delivered. The lamb donna is amoungst the best I have had, delicious.

UPDATE: spoken to the owner and he was brilliant and also not at all happy. He sent out the food AND issued a full refund. My faith has been restored in Ferndown Kebabs. Thank you very much! Meal was delicious. (Deleted previous review.)

My first and last order…The order was incorrect, incomplete and late, even though I preordered. I tried to phone several times but no answer.

Seem nice but talk in there own language and laughing, so not to be paranoid but I think they are laughing at me...... Or did something to the food 🤮. Looking back they were laughing at me🤬 asked for loads of garlic mayo and chillies and got no garlic mayo and 1 chilli. And I tiny bit of each meat , in Christchurch I would have easily had double for an extra £2 next time il make the effort as it would be much more cost effective.

Should change the name too Best Kebabs 😋
