Caravan was private lease, could of been a lot cleaner. The pool was good. Crazy golf lacks imagination. The entertainment speakers the bass was too much and the volume asking too much of the treble/mid so very distorted. Had to leave the venue. Shop was well equipped. Beaches were convenient but not the best. Poole was good for a day out. No plans to return to this Haven.

Friends stayed here, we visited. The caravans are pleasant and modern and access to pool harbour beaches is good. Bit of a travel distance from town but there are buses (15-20 minutes) and obviously cabs. The entertainment complex is very holiday camp style and family oriented. Vans are quite close together, I imagine peak season in summer could be quite noisy and close by but many of the vans have pleasant verandahs and they feel comfortable. Off peak prices are reasonable, we didn't research the peak stuff.

I am currently staying at Rockley Park. We have two caravans. There are 6 adults and 5 children. My grandson is 5 and autistic. We ate in the restaurant tonight and the lady who served us was amazing and lovely to my grandson. They couldn't have made us feel more comfortable, even changed his crinkle chips, for normal chips became he didn't realise crinkle chips were still chips. Also security on the door, lovely and friendly and could see when my grandson was having a meltdown and asked if he was okay. Lovely caravans, more spacious and modern than ones I have stayed in previously and overall a really nice site. Actually sat in caravan writing this now as I don't often write reviews, but felt I needed too Thanks

Really enjoyed our stay here. We rented a caravan from a private owner but if you book with Haven or buy a play pass, you can access the swimming pools, evening entertainment and chargeable activities - beware though, we were quoted Β£122 for 3-days for the play pass to buy it separately. It's much cheaper to book a caravan including a pass from Haven. Lovely park, with a shop, takeaways, bar and two swimming pools. There's a little beach where you can hire kayaks too. Close to Tower Park and Poole for other restaurants and the cinema. Felt very safe and it was really clean and well maintained. Would definitely return!

Great location for a few days away in lovely Dorset. Our caravan was perfect, well equipped and very comfortable. Although the caravan is positioned under trees, the sun in the morning was lovely to wake to, and by the evening was cool enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views over the harbour and watch a stunning sunset through the trees. A minute walk to the beach....couldn't ask for more πŸ˜€

We stayed for a 4 night break. The caravan was spotless. Located in a great spot. Perfect views over the sea. We sat out on the balcony and loved the site. So quite and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Iv been to many Caravan Holiday Parks at different locations & this Park was the best one by far. The weather helped but other than that everything was perfect. The activities we booked (paid) soon after booking the holiday (on the Haven app) so we got to do something every day, enjoyed every activity (archery, mini golf, target shooting & bungee trampoline). The indoor pool & slides kids loved the most (free) which we had to book, the outdoor pool was available 10-6 every day no need to book or pay. Area & changing facilities were clean. My Pod was not as clean as I would have expected, so I did ring up & they sorted that straight away for me. Staff we extremely helpful, polite & entertaining. We enjoyed our Costa drinks every day πŸ‘Œ. The shop on site has all the necessary essentials. There was a local fair set up near by so kids got to go on some rides there too. We headed to Bournemouth Beach (35min drive) twice on our stay again there was so much to do & see. Plenty of (halal) take away & restaurants too. There are bus rides to the beach & city Centre from the Park. From the Beach you can take Cruises around the near by Islands. Would definitely visit again.

Not a bad park. Didn't use the amenities as didn't come with children but we did use the chip shop which was awful and Β£12.60 for a double G&T is quite excessive. Paths need more lighting as very dark at night. The bus and taxi services into Poole are good and bus into Bournemouth very good and excellent value for Money. Site is clean and tidy and friendly staff.

Good place to use as a base to explore Dorset. On site shop is very good and reasonably priced. Play passes only get you swimming and entertainment so found them to be costly for what you get. Found the walls incredibly thin on accommodation so noisy when trying to sleep and people are walking home after a night out. Staff very friendly.

The site itself is okay, caravans are clean and presentable, laundrette was not functional when we visited which was a big problem. Entertainment was okay but not much to do on site. Travelling away from the site you have great locations to visit The swimming pool is regulated by numbers so we couldn't visit the indoor pool while we stayed. The outdoor pool is heated but not clean enough. Overall our stay was satisfactory.

I would really recommend you go some place else. You can drive into this place and not be challenged by any security as there is no barrier or anything to stop cars or people who may want to come in. The place is bit run down in places and there is no attention to detail which would make a huge difference. Don't try to call reception because they don't answer the phone. I made a complaint to security as there was a group of people smoking cannabis and it was a awful smell and others also said they could smell it,there were kids that were also asking about what the smell was,I told security and what was done?? NOTHING!!!!! The person said, "Oh ok.???????. The arcade is small, but OK and evening, entertainment is, your usual sea side squad and bingo, which was good. The crazy golf course should be shut down as it is dated and run down, we decided to cancel or appointment for a game because of this. The outside pool is closed which I understand due to the time of year, but it has been left full of leaves which have turned into a swamp like gunge and the water has turned black which looks like a health hazard. The place is very expensive so have deep pockets. Overall, big thumbs down πŸ‘Ž.I will not be returning, and the pictures that are on the website don't reflect the real picture.

We had a really good holiday all in all, the staff were lovely, the site was well kept and the entertainment was brilliant. The booking system for the swimming pool is a nightmare and unfair on larger bookings but the outside pool is always open for everyone. The service in the restaurant on site was extremely slow but food was good once we arrived, we had on average an hour wait from ordering. Accommodation on arrival wasn't perfect as shown in the photos, we made staff aware and they resolved later that day. The broken glass wasn't ideal especially in a child's room but thankfully they didn't injure themselves! Bus stop on site that goes to Poole, Sandbanks and Bournemouth and is reasonably priced. Lots of attractions within half an hour to an hours drive. They have a little beech to the rear of the site which is lovely. Worth visiting just make sure to book some activities before your holiday starts and check the accommodation on entry.

Great area to spend your holiday. There is a pool, activities, all age appropriate club and much more. Caravans are amazing, almost feels like a real house. There is a private beach located in this area with loads of activities to do. There is also a mini market, so no need to leave to buy groceries! Basically everything you want is here.

Fantastic value for money. Beautiful site and location. Extremely clean and spacious caravan, with parking. If you're a light sleeper The Meadows is probably not for you, due to being so close to rail line. It was fine for us. I've visited a few Haven sites and this one is at the top for comfort, cleanliness and the food! We had a variety of dishes in the Mash and Barrel and they were fantastic and delicious. It's a useful base to explore Dorset

Overall okay week away. There were some major issues we faced. Arrived towards the end of our check in time to be told our caravan wasn't ready. Went to caravan and it was ready but was filthy inside. There were all bits of food over the kitchen and lounge floor. There were dirt marks on carpet in bedrooms. The kitchen sides had cup stains on them. There were hairs in the shower and no bin in the whole caravan. I left a review on the app and someone came to the caravan later in the night. Its not good when you walk into a caravan and have to clean up. The site seemed good with the facilities available.

We came back from our Monday to Friday Holiday at Rockley Park yesterday and had a blast. Evening entertainment started at 6 so we found it easier to eat main meals at lunch time . Food on site was pretty basic (nothing amazing in my opinion) however nothing to complain about as wasn't expecting or paying for michilin star food. Pre-booked activities were brilliant, my daughter absolutely loved the bungee trampolining and teddy bear making. We went for the saver caravan as knew we'd be spending most of the holiday outside the caravan and it didn't disappoint. Spotless on arrival and was ready when we got there. Another bonus was the slick check in! These kinds of holidays take the pressure of driving and spending a fortune on day trips as we had everything on the doorstep. Can't wait to go back again next year!

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful spot, the whole park was wonderful with nature trails lookout points the walk down to the beach to name but a few. There was a bus service that came into the park and that was a real bonus. Everyone was friendly and so very helpful didn't want to pack up to go home. Made some friends while we were there, perfect holiday...

Greeted by security guard and advised we had to wait for our caravan to be ready, even though check in time on app confirmed time. Service wasnt great overall; booked activities which were not organised properly and we had to just help ourselves as no one was there to explain what to do. Pick and paint had no staff, slime creation was over crowded and we had to stand and use our push chair as a seat. Trampoline staff turned blind eye to toddlers (under 4's) using the harnesses incorrectly with parents pretty much running the activity. 2 very small play parks for kids, overcrowded and doesn't keep kids entertained for long. Caravan was dirty and had a horrible smell. Broken patio furniture which was a paid extra, razor sharp spring poking out of mattress. Double bed not made and we had to do this ourselves. Broken window catch not allowing window to shut properly. Facilities like the pool were overcrowded with people just dumbing their cloths and bags in unlocked lockers, benches and in the changing rooms. The changing room floor was pretty much black with dirt as this isn't cleaned. It honestly was a rubbish holiday were we tried to spend as much time outside of the holiday park. The onsite restaurant was terrible, reheated overpriced food. Entertainment is what you would expect at a caravan holiday, fine for the kids.... Parents make sure you take extra rum and wine! We went off site for food, and the locals don't rate it. Would not recommend and wouldn't return here.

The park is very well located, a 20 minute walk from Hamworthy train station which has services to all major towns in Dorset. The park itself is clean and well maintained. The entertainment complex is average, and quite small, I wouldn’t want to imagine how crammed it gets during the school holidays. There is a small beach at the far end of the park which is picturesque, as well as Ham Common nearby to explore. We stayed in a silver grade caravan, which was as good as we expected. The fittings were clearly very new and looked great. The caravan was very clean on arrival, though there were a few leftover food marks in the fridge and one of the mugs, which we wiped away without fuss. The TVs were okay but we’re quite slow and continuously attempted to connect to the wifi which was non existent meaning we had to remove the on screen message every time it came up. On the final evening, upon returning to the caravan we noticed that squares of grass and patio tiles directly outside the caravan entrance had been dug up and removed, making us need to awkwardly step around each time we used the door. We tried to contact reception but they were closed. The next morning (before our check out at 10am) some workmen were mixing cement and filling in new tiles. We told them were leaving shortly but they proceeded regardless. This meant that as we were leaving we had to uncomfortably lean over the cement whilst carrying our bags, which was difficult as my partner has mobility issues. In the end we just had to put our bags over the balcony onto the wet grass. We found this part of the experience a bit odd and unprofessional.

All the staff we spoke to were helpful and friendly, the view and location of the caravan we chose was lovely. Highly recommended chosing your self. The cafe in the bay is worth visiting. We saw a lot of families enjoying the facilities although there isn't a lot of them for teenagers. A short drive away from some lovely beaches.

We hired a private Caravan, and self catered. There are some brilliant restaurants on the grounds and the entertainment was great for my 2 year old. We arrived outside of the UK school holidays and Rockley Park was busy enough but had plenty of space in the pools and playground.

We all went to rockley park for a family holiday and we enjoyed it as there was plenty of things to do such as walk to the beach nearby and go to the live lounge for entertainment. We stayed in a caravan as shown which was lovely but the rooms were very small which was a pain with getting suitcases in. I would recommend as its cheap but lovely and its family friendly as expected of a haven holiday.

Avoid this holiday park! We booked as 7 people but you would think with the park being so big, they'd have plenty of stock of amenities. Wrong. 4 chairs outside, requested 3 more which never came. Not enough mugs, cutlery etc. NOT ENOUGH PILLOWS!!! They had none left??? So we used an unused duvet for pillows. Plates caked on with old food. Cooking trays/pans greasy and caked with food. Plug sockets not working in bedrooms. The flush broken in one toilet, shower broken in the other bathroom. The caravan hadn't been cleaned, windows, floors, walls all dirty marks, bits on the carpets, sofas filthy. All the blinds were broken. Receptionist like a robot, looked right through you, no eye contact, no smiles, no explanation as to why the site ran out of gas whilst we were there - onto the next complaint behind us in the queue. No empathy. They only had one maintenance guy on site for the huge site. No spare caravan keys for large families. Water from the kitchen tap not very clean. No clue about their own services for hiring scooters for the disabled just ring a number. Wouldn't amend anything for disabled family member. Absolutely not coming back and I strongly advise to ever avoid coming here.

Stayed for a week in a Haven hideaway location. Paid extra for a quiet location only to find on arrival that we were next to a busy railway line!! Nothing in the literature to tell us that. Caravan was supposed to have had a deep clean, but on arrival we found hairs in the shower, marks in the toilet, and fluff all around the pan. Under the seat cushions in the lounge, there was an old first aid dressing and sweet papers. Reported to reception, and on the first occasion, housekeeping came out and cleaned the en suite toilet instead. Reported it again, but no one bothered to come out a second time. Towels that were supplied were not good. Three of them had large brown stains on. They had been washed, but obviously nobody checked them. Luckily, we found three clean bath towels in the pack. Luckily the weather was good, so we managed to get out every day and enjoy the sunshine. We did have a good break but it was just the small attention to details that let it down. I don't think we will be going back to this particular site again but maybe try a different location next time.

Nice site, caravan clean and all you need but trouble with heating system...security great help but wish we had instructions before we froze first night. Plenty entertainment for kids even at end of season. Close to lots of places worth visiting...would use this park again.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Caravan was nice and clean but half the lights didn't work and the toilet would get stuck and flush continuously. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for food in the mash and barrel, park was a little dirty and very little play equipment for kids. The live lounge was great tho, nice room good vibes!

I stayed at 29 Pine Ridge. Gorgeous settings, clean, compact unit with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. An abundance of recreational facilities at close range. The atmosphere was relaxing. The views from the caravan were spectacular. Really had a brilliant weekend girl's trip.

Have just spent a brilliant week a Rockley Park. We experienced an easy check in process. Our caravan was lovely and clean and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities are as you would expect and very family oriented. Good location for a range of places.

We've had a fantastic time . The caravan was immaculate, the park was well kept , the swimming pool ( indoor and outdoor) are the cleanest and best manned I've ever been to. The food outlets are not over priced . The facilities are above par. The staff , well what can I say every single member of staff we encountered were excellent. Their attitude to guests was amazing. You couldn't wish to meet more polite, well mannered staff anywhere. They are a credit to your company. Even our dog was treated well. We would definitely come back and recommend this site to friends and family. Special shout out to Mason from the entertainment team , he really gave us a lovely welcome and spoke everytime he saw us .
