I came at 16.30 and said I was in 3rd place and the doctor only accepted 2. So what's the point of registering by phone and registering at 10 in the morning? Luckily there are still lots of good children's spas at the same time, not professional. Be careful, don't make things difficult. Told me to come back tomorrow, asked what time I don't know, just come in the morning...really reluctant. Be careful...just go back to Brawijaya or RSIA Asih, which is obviously good.. I had the intention to look for one close to home but it turns out... I've been back early. .

    The building and facilities are comfortable, but how come the faucet in the musola bathroom on the 3rd floor is not good. Maybe, make a faucet that is more used for ablution. Especially for the elderly, it is quite difficult to deal with inconsistent hoses, especially when the hose is connected to the toilet (even if the toilet is not in use). Service needs to be improved again. Yes, when the doctor arrives late and does not match the schedule. If possible, the nurse will stand by. So that patients can communicate about the doctor's arrival.

    Executive building, but the security guards are not friendly, they even seem rude, people ask nicely, they don't look at the face of the person asking, they just look away, sometimes they don't even answer, they just point. Some of the administration people still provide good service, some still need to improve their friendliness. The best thing is just the doctor's service. Even though you pay here, the standard of service is not yet like a private hospital, the only difference with the building next door is that there are fewer queues and the interior design is better. Tools for taking queue numbers and registering new patients also often have errors.

    Cool the building is still clean, the elevator goes up to each floor. The waiting room is comfortable, there is a children's play area. fun kids poly decoration. The lab and pharmacy are close together in the main lobby. The pediatrician is professional and very competent, Dr. Bobbi Sp.A for children and gynecology polyclinics there are not / are not yet crowded. but on the top floor it's quite busy. but unfortunately, the prayer room looks like a spare room. does not include planning of building design.

    Please fix the toilet. Many of the toilets are broken. And for toilets for elderly people and wheelchair users, they must be given a support or handle. To make it easier for elderly and wheelchair users. They say they are executives but service is still far below that.

    There are toilets on each floor but some of the water doesn't flow. Tissues weren't even provided. The service took a very long time, even though I paid privately and the doctor was often not on time. Even if the patient is late, they are not notified, poor old patient who has been waiting for hours (including my mother who is 81 years old). The nurses are good but still the overall service is very far from expectations. When can Fatmawati Hospital fix this problem? It seems like it's been decades and it's still like this... I can't imagine that's the service for emergency room patients, hadeeeuh!

    I thought that treatment at Griya Husada would be on time, the doctor's schedule from 14 to 16 had not been served, even though we paid not using BPJS

    There is already a queuing system but the queue is not clear, everyone gathers at the counter... The service is long-winded, oh yes, I forgot I was wearing BPJS 🤭

    I arrived at 10.38 and got a queue of 41. The screen showed number 12 officer cm 1. I was called at 12. Then I went to the 3rd floor to go to the surgeon. On the 3rd floor, I put the registration slip in. I looked at the medical staff at 12.30. I was informed that the doctor was there. I went home... I was at Griya Husada for 3 hours with no results... my child was shouting, we paid parking for 3 hours, nothing happened

    The waiting time is quite long, but almost all hospitals that use BPJS definitely have to wait. overall it is good, the time for taking the drug can be accelerated.
