Not recomended Hotel Ever, service not good. Check in at late night with my daughter and wife to this hotel, and front desk not welcome to us. We have got twin bed and want to request to single bed front office not welcome. And we request housekeeping to put the bed together and They say must be another charge for extra bedcover charge. so this is not recomended hotel in this area. and one day maybe we never goback to this hotel anymore.

Swimming pool was under renovation. Clean room. Service tried hard to be efficient and friendly. Breakfast is very varied and a lot of different items. Taste is good . Coffee is sometimes excellent, sometimes medium.

Very nice staff ! They give you free beverage in the minibar and cookies when you live . Very good breakfast , you should go early before it s 🥶 because it deserve it. Very clean and one of the best staff we saw ! Thanks !!!

I never doubt their services. Always good, even when the pandemic strike. Their room was tidy, clean, with delicious and various food from the restaurant. This hotel is one of the best hotel in Bintaro I've ever been.

A comfortable hotel with industrial design and green building concept. I was excited about its natural lighting, good air circulation, and child-friendly hotel. There are some beautiful birds and rabbits beside the restaurant. We could enjoy the tropical vibes when we were having a meal 🍗🌮🥪

Stayed here for one night because I had an event with colleagues. Because I traveled alone, I had no preference and just wanted to have a place to rest because the event was in this same hotel. I didn’t know before, and just now I knew from the comments that Aviary was a 4-star hotel. When I arrived, the place was crowded from the entrance. I was informed that there was no parking spot. But because I was gonna be a guest here, I could lend my car to be parked by the staff. The room was just so so. But as I said, I just wanted to rest here. The hotel serves some soft drinks, a mini beng beng, and a jug of water (more water than a stadard 2 bottles of mineral water hotels usually provide for you) in the room. The bathroom was bad. It was a bathroom with shower, and the flow of water waste wasn’t clear. There was always some water with soap waste in the bathroom floor. I think it was because of the floor wasn’t tilted enough so not all of the water waste was cleared to the drainage. The thing that I was most impressed by in this hotel was the hospitality of the staff. When I stayed here, there were others who also hosted their events here. So, when I wanted to have breakfast the next morning, it’s also quite crowded. I was just alone, so it’s harder for me to get a table because there was no other people to wait the table. When I told this to the staff, she nicely offered to put the reserved sign on my table so nobody could sit at my table while I was still picking up my food. I think overall, for me the room was overpriced. But if this is a 4-star hotel, maybe it (the price) makes sense. Then again, for a 4-star hotel, the parking spot was too small, and bathroom quality was bad.

Dare to try a new place to stay long enough… First time in this hotel because just want to get a new experience in different hotel. I staying on 24 December 2023 until 7 January 2024 with my mother who is elderly and always has to be in a wheelchair. Overall the service at this hotel is very good, all the staff are friendly and helpful.. quick response when there’s a complaint. Comfortable industrial concept, rooms are always clean, quite a variety of breakfast menus but quite boring for those of us who stayed 14 days. Too bad the rest of the day was disappointed with the key card not opening after cleaning, the training staff came with a new one and it couldn't be opened either. He came down again and we waited in front of the room but we wait was quite long, finally I decided to go down and the FO was quiet when I asked and it turned out there had been no follow-up. Further improvements to contact with the guests.

Great hotel close to Dr Tompi clinic. The executive suite has a lounge and kitchen with a dining area. Shower available. Aviary has bird theme was really Aviary in centre of hotel. Room service available. TV in bedroom and lounge. Water cooler and heater unit. Traffic noise

The living room wasn't too quiet because sounds from the main road still came in, except in the bedrooms, which are relatively peaceful.

Stayed for the 2nd time. We chose Premiere Flat 2 BR and 1 Deluxe for our room. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. This hotel also has a pool and mini playground. All staffs are nice and helpful. We're really enjoy our stay in aviary Bintaro, and we will recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you! 😊🫰

A nice and proper hotel for work related meetings or staycation. The food is quite decent, but the meeting snacks can be improved.

I am very satisfied with everything this hotel offers. The room, the services, including room amenities. The building is near all facilities you need, such as mini marts, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. This hotel is also kid friendly.

Hotel with good service, simple interior room but cozy, some ornaments and aminities are already sustainable material, cleanliness, and good food taste. Recommended for family staycation.

Terrible soviet 70s industrial design that blocks telecom signals. Terrible wifi. Even the channels on in room TV cut out. No movie channels. 30 minutes wait for orange juice. Avoid.

Had the Penthouse Room Very nice, spacious. Room service was great Gym and pool was very good Restaurant absolutely lovely good breakfast selection Very close to highway so airport was easy to get to. Close to train station so traveling to the city centre was easy Bintaro Xchange mall is very impressive with lots of eating options and great shopping. Other malls were also good Lotte mall and Plaza. All in all a very pleasant experience I recommend this hotel for a good family break.

Strategic location, near culinary places. Suitable for family with small kids as it has bird aviary and schedule to feed birds and rabbits

Been here for company meeting. Their service was excellent eventhough I was not staying. The location is also strategist beside the main road. Also had a lunch, the best dish is chef made lamian with chicken mushroom.

We stayed a night here. Room is spacious, aircon, water heater and kitchen equipment works well. Welcome cake and snacks in mini bar also provided. Water dispenser also provided in the room, that helps much. But apparently we had issue (3 times) with broken water dispenser. But their staffs helps us ASAP to fix the problem. Much appreciated! Pool is fine. Breakfast dan dinner was superb. You can enjoy your meal with birds singing in the background. We had a great experience and will come back again for sure. Thank you Aviary!

It’s a nice hotel but I had two issues. First are the rooms are very noisy as it is next to a main road and they have poor soundproofing with motorbike noise all night. Second went to hotel spa and called from room to make appointment and was told to come down, when I reached there within 5 mins they say someone already take my place. I rescheduled approx 1.5hrs later and when I return they told me the same thing. Very poor service as unusual for Indonesian hospitality..When you make a booking you should maintain and not take walk in..

This is my second stay. The price is reasonable. They also have variety of food for breakfast, starting with western food to indonesian food. They also have 3 options for coffee: Black, Latte & Cappuccino (which I found unusual in Indonesian hotel, but it's great). The room is super clean and has complete amenities. I'd be glad to go back here anytime.

Great food. Enjoyed every meal and snack time. The AC works a bit too well, it's freezing sometimes 😂 loved it tho!

Good location, artistic architecture design, excelent room and service, good food, with kids play ground and mini bird park to accompany your dining experience. Truly sustainable luxury.....highly recomended!!

We had a 2-room unit c/w kitchenette. No, there's no washing machine. It's a hotel. The Aviary is so green, rooms are clean, rooftop pool, gym, the breakfast spread was reasonable and the Staff were friendly & most helpful. We were in Jakarta for ice hockey, which we played at Bintaro Xchange Mall. The hotel's location was ideal for our purpose.

Affordable 4-star hotel around bintaro area with beautiful ambience and modern interior. Although the room is quite small and not much to see, this hotel still offers decent food and good facilities for the guest.
