I stayed in the apartment, not the hotel. Overall, nice place. 2BR with 2 bathrooms. Nice pool. Good facilities with mall inside the building. Minus point only parking is not free. Thanks!

In a restaurant, it might be more comfortable if sushi is served with more familiar cutlery, for example chopsticks 

Stay here for 2 nights on room 2552, the air conditioner was not working and we're sweating for more than 30 minutes. Thankfully the mechanic fixed it even though it takes an hour or so. The taste of the food is on par from any other three stars hotel.

Good service, clean room, and friendly staffs. The lobby, resto, and swimming pool are on the 6th floor and rooms are on the 24-25th floor.

This hotel has condotel style. Which apartment rented as hotel rooms. But the tower between apartment and hotel is separated. I got the room that directly challenge the sun at afternoon. The glass windows cannot stand such challenge and the room got hot. Close to a sauna. Air conditioning cannot do much although I set it at the lowest temperature. The rooms are properly maintained. The restaurant menus are great. The ballroom are large but not quite tall. Only about 4 meter high ceiling. The hotel place on top of a mall. Sadly, there are only handful of restaurant choices in the mall

Advice your security to be more polite to hotel guest. He has no hospitality at all. Sorry, he ruin my stay at your lovely hostel

Relaxing Hotel in the Middle of bustling city of Jakarta.. The hospitality, and the politeness of the staff were superb. The room cleaned, and my sons were enjoying the pool.. The breakfast was delicious. Despite the price was relatively cheap, but the the quality was expensive.

Rooms are so small, the location isn't strategic at all, drivers couldn't find the hotel lobby. Rooms are too far from the receptionists area. We can't watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV.

Nice place, cozy,have been three days here ...the lift is always crowded ...when we go to the meeting room its should use another lift so its rather complicated ...need a lot of time to find the right lift , many various food

Came here for several meetings. Good ballroom. Standard lunch but still good ones. Taste good.

Got to stay here couple of times for well... You know. Refreshing some dang mind. Jakarta can be so frustrating, oopsie... Okay so the points are 1. A very strategic place to be Couple km from Pondok Indah, Fatmawati also toll entrance. I think they have built the MRT station inside the mall too. FYI, mall and the hotel are connected. 2. I don't like about the fact that some rooms have connecting door. I know it's locked, but it makes the sound leaked. 3. Great view you can enjoy anytime 4. The pool is big So overall I recommend this place for you fella. But remember, Jakarta is still be frustrating. Do you hear about pollution issue lately? Gosh

Strategic location and almost once a month I have a meeting. the view is good and transportation is very easy

Love the hairdryer on the bathroom but the bathroom really small it's so hard to move when the door was opened, and in my room the door can't closed properly without the bathroom door locked on. Love the breakfast btw.

friendly staff, affordable price, located in the middle of a tech-mall where u could find a gadget store easily. i got to the smoking room as per i requested but too bad the hot water was not hot at all.

I used to stay in this hotel. But this time, I asked them 4-5 times to fix the chanel TV coz they said they do have english channel but they couldn't fix it..

Only one access card given, so it's quite an issue. The room is clean, the service is great, and the breakfast food is delicious

It's OK, got room at lvl 25. Quite a view to MRT and main road, if you like to enjoy the night lights.

The room rather smelly and the sink spat out brown water first., a sign that it been long since it been use.. room is spacious with a city view, friendly staff.. but rather disappointed when they actually open their pool for public in this pandemic while the Hotel put signs that Gym and pool are off limit and unavailable during pandemic. The pool was so crowded and make me doubt about the healthy protocol implemented by the hotel..

A hood place to spend a weekend here, very natural and all clean places and nice hotel staff to greet us. The room is very nice with a very good view. The meals for the breakfast also nice. Clran room and toilet too. Nice places to stay.

Facilities and hotel view are fantastic, breakfast menu was very awesome and complete with a very helpful and friendly waiter the named is Fahrurozi. Hotel room was clean, very comfortable. I will back soon!
