If I could give a 10 star rating for the hotel I would! Spent 5 days here, everything from Airport pick up, check in, room service and cleanliness was excellent! Thank you very much for Airport pickup staff and driver for giving me a warm welcome back to Indonesia, kind receptionist for ensuring a smooth and fast check in, laundry staff for always delivering my clothing in great condition and on time, security for maintaining safe and secure stay 24/7 at the room coridor, housekeeping for making sure the room was clean and hygienic prior to my arrival. The room package that I reserved included 3 meals and all the food was delicious!! Thank you so much Arosa! Highly recommended hotel❤️

I'm currently staying for 5 days at the Arosa Hotel Jakarta for the mandatory quarantine for foreigners entering Indonesia imposed by the Indonesian govenrnment during the COVID pandemic period. Today is only the second day, but I cannot wait to write this review. I've never heard about Arosa Hotel before but my auntie recommended it. She said the food there is good and the price is very reasonable. Hence, I decided to book my stay there as I heard quite a few of horror stories with the quarantine food provided by some hotels. Guess what, turns out my auntie was wrong, the food there is not good, it's actually VERY good in fact it's excellent. Wow! I'm really happy with my stay, the room is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful but the food is definitely the highlight for me, it really suits my palate. I've never eaten food this good at other hotels before and I reckon the food is as enjoyable if not more than the food at Royal Caribbean cruises. If only I could give 10 stars I would. I never thought a three star hotel could give services better than five star hotels. I like all the foods they serve here, local cuisine at its best. The room is very modern, neat, and clean. Actually it is situated in strategic location with many interesting cafes and restaurants around, but the traffic is though in peak hour.

Transit affordable hotel, clean and has great meeting room. Have foods around the place.

Room is clean, staffs services also very good. Location is perfect. The only let down is the room condition that got water damage from leaking in the cieling and bath towel bit rough (bathmat is softer compared to the barh towel).

The roof top are amazing..you can see the sunset and also city of sudirman from it..

The room I was given was exactly what I had requested. All of the amenities expected of a hotel of this caliber are there and operational. The breakfast selection is extensive, which answers my appetite. The parking area is relatively extensive, however vehicles that drop off and pick up must pay for entrance. Rest assured that there are plenty of culinary options in the area. Finally, the hotel personnels were extremely courteous and helpful during my most recent work trip.

It’s a little oasis in that area for hotels. Doing its best to be a cool continental hotel and doing it fairly well. Clean rooms and friendly team. Breakfast buffet was great. Affordable and actually saved us from a rat ridden hotel that we moved from at midnight one night. Will definitely stay here again. Gym needs some attention - it’s currently room 802 with bed removed, a running machine and a few random dumbbells added. There’s a charge for any vehicle that drops off or picks up which is only 2000k idr but really sucks for local grab drivers picking you up or dropping off. The hotel needs to remove this or at least add a grace period of 5 mins to allow pick up and drop off.

One of the best hotels I've been to in Jakarta. Excellent service and very clean. The breakfast is definitely worth it, a lot of varieties and options to choose from. Would stay here again in the near future.

ONE OF THE BEST! From the small details in the room, such as the rain shower, hair dryers, the room is simple but elegant, all the materials are high quality. Service was also incredible!! Breakfast was superb, all dishes are delicious. Egg station was amazing! Will be back for sure! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed 2N3D for the quarantine package 2 adults 1 kid, very professional, very well organized from booking, airport pickup until going to the room. The food was very nice, no complain at all. Well done for all the staff for all the service. Superb..

Clean and modern room. We chose to stay here because it's close to the place where our event was held.

This is a wonderful hotel. Great location as it is conveniently near to eating places and convenient stores and the hotel provides a shuttle to a mall that is close by, by car. The Pondok Indah Mall. The hotel food is above average. For those of you who like Masakan Minang, there is a Nasi Padang location just to the left of the hotel as you exit it about 100 meter on the same side of the road. alternatively, there is an inexpensive Japanese Bento restaurant across the street. But getting across the street could prove to be a bit of a challenge in the evenings.

Recommended hotel for quarantine and of course closed from home. Fast response, though all comms were only thru WA. Supposed to stay here for 5 days, but 2 days upon arrival there's a changes and they quickly update me ASAP. The pickup service were smooth, the emergency receptions on the back were fine and all staffs are friendly. Requested for spicy food and laundry all in once. And the important things, they provide extra mineral water I asked and delivered my package send it directly to my room. I enjoyed every meal they served, the room were clean and overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you, Arosa Hotel. Keep up the good work 👍

The menu breakfast was quite complete. The room was good also and clean but the minus is on the bed have a sounds annoying because the material for the foundation is metal

Huge outdoor parking area. Room is good, with sufficient space. Good wi-fi connectivity. Bathroom is clean. Many options for breakfast menu.
