A hotel in Cilandak, South Jakarta that has become one of my favorites for business visits since its strategic and representative location. We stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. We got a corner room with a good view, decent meeting room facilities and my favorite thing was the breakfast - although there weren't many cake, pastry or dessert options, I still liked the coffee and western food options. Another thing that could be improved is the extra chairs in the lobby. Overall recommended.

I appreciate the cleanliness you maintain, and having water dispensers in the hotel corridors is perfect for us. It's something we rarely find in any other hotel. It's a small detail, but it means a lot to us, especially as mineral water enthusiasts. Cheers.

Located near Cilandak Town Square, I'd say this hotel was quite great. I stayed for one night at 9th floor twin bed room. The room was clean and neat. They even provide hand-sanitizer and disinfectant in the room. Unfortunately, when we went in, the room smell like smoke :( Also, I make a mistake when I booked this place . I should've check how many pax the breakfast for each room. I only assumed it was for 2 pax, but actually it was only for 1 pax.

The hotel room design is cute, the furniture and paint looks up to date. Room’s clean, neat and tidy. The breakfast is good, have many choices. This hotel located in T.B. Simatupang, one of busiest arteries in Jakarta.

This is my second time staying in Ibis styles simatupang, this time I stay for 8 days and I always impress by all of the staff within the hotel, can't fault their services 😊 breakfast more varieties, food is lovely. They even accommodate the rooms that I booked for my family and put them on the same floor. Room is immaculate thumbs up to all housekeeping staff that I can't named them one by one. Overall I have enjoyed my stayed in Ibis and looking forward to stay again on my next holiday! Keep up the good work!

Friendly staffs, great location and ALL platinum member is well recognized in this hotel which is great. Breakfast range was great. And nice touch from the hotel to provide water dispenser in the hallway so guests can always refilling their drinking water with the glass jug provided in the room.

I was staying for 2 nights. The room overall is good amd comfortable. However, on my second day, i was asking for hamd towel since it was provided after the room been make up. Unfortunately the hand towel never come. The toilet tissue as well was not refill and it was finished before my check out. The most issue is on breakfast time. Most of the main course was cold. Extremely cold! I went for breakfast around 0900 AM amd found the fried rice has been finished and was not top up until i left the restaurant. So sad to have the breakfast experience. If the management dont mind, please improve the situation during breakfast. Thank you.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the hotel's oasis theme rooms. They provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere that truly set this hotel apart from others I have stayed at. I highly recommend giving this hotel a try if you're looking for something a little different and memorable.

Hand if you’re transiting from Jakarta Airport, rooms are smoking so be prepared for that lingering nicotine smell and yellowing room fixtures and furnishings. Adequate is the best way to describe this hotel, I would say it’s likely the better out of nearby accommodation and has a reputable brand. Breakfast was mostly local Indonesian cuisine, it’s a little far from local amenities so be prepared for that. Service was attentive. If transiting this hotel will be sufficient however note guests can smoke in rooms. Bonus would be the lovely pool, we didn’t use it but would be handy for a longer layover.

Having an impressive experience while assisting a 4 days training in this hotel. The room is very comfort, the staff are friendly and they provide lots of delicious snacks during our coffee break. I recommend the hotel. Thank you Ibis Styles Simatupang.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the MRT station and a mall, making it easy to find nearby dining options when hunger strikes. The rooms are fantastic, and they offer a delightful addition—a rain shower, which is not commonly found in hotels of this star level. However, there is one drawback: I frequently encountered issues with my room access card, requiring me to reset it at the reception desk. Additionally, certain amenities such as shower caps and bar soaps need to be requested rather than being provided by default in the room. Despite these minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here overall.

We ordered family room but it was too small for 4 people Hardly any space to walk around or even store luggages But the food is good. Fresh and I like the beef stew

Checked in was a breeze, i booked it trough accor app, they sent me a WhatsApp chat to ask me what time would i get there. Requested a city view and I stayed in room 1212, overlooking the street n Citos. Room was clean, no bad smell, bathroom is big, water pressure is adequate, hot water also no problem. Provided 2 bottles of water n a large glass jar for the water dispenser in front of the room. Didnt check the gym, breakfast was OK, nothing extra, there were porridge, Indonesian foods, egg station, coffee machine, breads n desserts. Located just 5 mins walk from Cilandak Town Square mall, but quite far away from KRL/ MRT station or even Transjakarta station.

Strategically located near Cilandak Town Square and culinary-rich area of Cipete, the hotel is my pick if I am transiting in Jakarta for less than 2 nights. Easy access from and to airport toll roads. You can swim at the Cilandak Sports Center as well. But what I love most is their use of refillable water jug in the room.

Location is at Jalan TB Simatupang which very notorious for traffic jam. You can use JORR toll road though from airport to this Hotel. Room is decent, clean with enough amenities. Comfortable bed. You can walk to Cilandak Town Square for food and shopping. Great value hotel!

Room is decent. Hotel is walking distance to Cilandak townsquare. Bfast is not bad. Parking is enough. I usually book for my guests only. View is towards tollway, but it wasnt that noisy from the room.

One of the most convenient stays in Jakarta. it's only steps away from Cilandak Town Square Mall. Though the size of the room is small, it's smartly designed and arranged.

The location is good near life style mall with supermarket and restaurant. Only 10 minutes walking. Room also good but bite expensive. And takes long time to ask anything like soap etc. Also when you call the receptionis, sometimes no one pick up.

It was a pleasure experience to stay at Ibis Style Simatupang. Because it's well located and strategic, very close to Cilandak Town Square, so we can take a walk to go there to find some entertaiment, shopping and cafe. The receptionist and staff was very helpfull and kind, good service. The room was quite good, clean and neat. Overall it's worth the price with the hospitality, facility, and service.

it was a very pleasant stay experience. room is clean and they have bolster also extra pillow. the best however is for me this hotel located right after cilandak town square so you definitely just a walk away if you need food or beverages.

The hospitality were great. Even in the first night stay I got welcome cake. The room is clean and the bed is comfort. All the facility is new.

The hotel room size, location, and breakfast are great for the value I paid. The staff are engaging and easy to deal with. However, the room, even in level 10, is not sound-proof and you can hear the traffic from the nearby toll road almost 24 hours a day. I couldnt sleep longer than a couple of hours. If you are a super light sleeper and need a total rest, please ask yourself a question "do you really need your sleep? or do you just need an affordable hotel"

Good place for Quarantine. Food was Ok but Chicken crazy ( Everyday ). Service was ok.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly. During my quarantine, drinking water, snacks, coffee, tea are very sufficient, no worried for this.

It is nice hotel, simple and modern interior. It is easy to be accessed from TB Simatupang toll road, just exit at Cipete gate. Manager and waiters at resto is very friendly. Car parking is little bit small.

Great location, an hour from the airport and 30 minutes from all major city locations (less traffic days) staff is very nice, rooms are clean very new and furniture is nice clean. Price is reasonable.

Nice hotel, room is superb, very cheap price in Agoda, near to many restaurants, only problem the food in the restaurant disaster not recommended at all, just walk 2 minutes and you will find excellent choices of food and drink.

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, I got the room on level 12th. Got an amazing view of Jakarta city. Free flow of mineral water at the end of tunnel next to the Lift and also the location is just next to the Citos Mall. I could walk to eat there everyday. I will definitely come back again for my business trip or family trip

I love the ambience, the room is simple but you can find all your needs in there: refrigerator, hair dryer, extra pillow, water heater, etc. And, don't bother to buy extra water, you can just refill outside your room, they provide drinking gallon near the elevator for each floor. Please improve the consistency of your breakfast , specially your egg dishes. We stayed 4 nights , 1st morning the fried egg were over cooked , not showing the egg been cooked in a kitchen with professional chef , very dry with brown and crispy edge . Try the green bean and the taste of the coconut cream was not fresh 2nd morning , the omelet was great , fresh and yellow and the taste also good . 3rd morning , you served the crispy fried egg again and the rice cake ( lontong ) was tooo soft , too much water ( almost like poridge ) However Room’s clean , towels are spotless , rain shower was great . Slept well although can hear the noise from the road since we stayed at 6th floor . Tried soto betawi at night , taste is good .

Room's cleanliness is good but toilet can be better, especially the stain and mold on the tiles and toilet bowl. Maybe could use magiclean clorox /harpic which you don't have to scrub and just apply. Room service is great and always prompt. The hotel allowed me to check in earlier because our flight was early and paid only half of a day's rate on top of the payment for the entire stay. Somehow the hotel don't have extra card for our rooms. Good location near Cilandak town square or the local call it Citos, can always grab the food. Hotel's breakfast's nasik goreng Thailand was so good.

To Manager, sorry to decrease your rating to one star. I just back again for bussiness trip from 2 months ago and stayed in Ibis. I was very tired and order room services. When I want to pay EDC machine not wroking, unfortunetly I have no cash. I ask to go down next morning during breakfast. I stayed for 3 nights. But your restaurant team insist to pay and wake me me up at night. Very not profesional and not comfortable. Looks you not ready for room services.

Stayed 5 days in this hotel, because of mandatory quarantine in March and had to eat only what was offered by the Hotel, no outside food orders allowed. The official quarantine menu was just a joke. In reality the food was cold rice with chicken or other things also cold for 3 times per day. Almost same cold meals for 3 times/day, for 5 days. Horror experience. Like in prison. So happy when the quarantine finished. Complaint every day and at the end asked for a partial refund for the food(if it can be considered food), they couldn't care less about our complaints. So, it's a shame that on this level these are the services you receive for more than 6 millions rupiah paid for this package.

Love the design of the room, very artsy. The size of the room wasn't that big, but spacious enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, I love that they provided guling instead of another pillow. And I also appreciate they have toilet sprayer in their bathroom. The water was running fine, the AC was just right (not too hot and not too cold). The breakfast option was quite variable for a small hotel, but the taste is only so-so. Location is quite strategic, it's only a 2-minute walk to Cilandak Town Square. Only the parking space is a bit small & tricky. Overall, I have a really good one night stay in this hotel.

Great location with easy access to highways, small but cosy and very clean rooms, fast check in, polite staff. 24 hour room service, good food. No pool but a small gym. Highly recommended.
