bought
one
pair
of
advanced
swimming
goggles
for
my
son
who's
into
competitive
swimming
yesterday
from
Anubhava
along
with
a
swim
robe.
We
are
a
regular
there
and
never
have
i
faced
any
issues
with
them.
But
we
had
a
bitter
experience
this
time.
We
trusted
them
so
much
that
my
son
picked
his
regular
goggles
from
the
rack
and
we
didn't
even
bother
to
check
the
goggles
inside
the
box.
Tomorrow
my
son
is
leaving
for
a
major
competition
and
today
while
packing
his
bags
a
while
back
to
our
utter
shock,
we
discovered
there
was
no
goggles
inside
that
box.
We
don't
know
what
to
do
now.
How
can
such
a
reputed
store
do
such
a
huge
fraud
with
their
regular
customer?

Waited
for
someone
to
contact
me
but
when
no
one
did,
I
called
the
customer
care
and
they
gave
me
the
number
of
the
store
manager
of
Anubhava.
After
multiple
calls,
the
store
manager,
Harsha,
arranged
the
goggles
to
be
sent
to
my
house.
Though
my
son
couldn't
get
the
goggles
as
he
has
already
left
for
his
competition
but
really
appreciate
Harsha's
help.
Word
of
advice:
please
check
the
contents
after
opening
the
box
at
the
Decathlon
store
itself
to
save
you
from
the
plight
and
trouble
that
we
went
through
and
don't
trust
blindly.
I
will
increase
the
stars
to
3
but
will
not
award
5
stars
because
of
the
unnecessary
trouble
we
went
through.
