Very bad aatitude from manager side, everywhere customer is king but here the manager is self proclaimed king, he is not ready to hear the requirements of the customer,very bad experience 👎

Visited couple of times. Initially we went to their executive pub. Liquor and food was overpriced there, still we expected good ambience, sadly they played some devotional flute music in the bar.😅 Then we paid overpriced bill and shifted to AC bar. Ordered their special menu. Food was pathetic. Fish and prawns were not fresh. Ambience was better there. Second time I said no to visit their again, but they are open till 11, only for that reason went there, ordered some chicken and beef starters. This time also food was pathetic. Never visit them again.

Very bad service... Badlly maintained room and amenities... No room service at night... I think they don't know how to run a hotel and restaurant.... Don't get cheated... Better choose any othe local lodge than this... We complained about this to the manager, but his behavior was pathetic...

The hotel is new and facilities are good. Rooms are of good size, cozy and comfortable. Staff is warm well behaved. Room service is good. They only have complimentary breakfast. Restaurant offers goid food and pricing also is reasonable. Located on NH 27. The room service and house keeping staff dont understand Hindi or English which leads to confusion at times. Though the ambience of the hotel is good, the surroundings dont offer any great view.

Room A/c was not functional. Lack of periodic service was observed. Felt little over price (40rs) for one litre mineral water bottle😄

One of the best hotel in kasaragod. And Good choice for travellers looking for a budget accommodation in kasaragod. Located in Nullipady Kasaragod. Food and staff service is average . Wide Parking facilities are available. Rooms are neat and clean but bit expensive. Especially For official / business Purpose stay i think this hotel is best .

Took deluxe room in the hotel for attending an event elsewhere in Kasargode. The hotel is probably 20 to 30 mins away from railway station, depends on traffic though. Average rooms and generally ok experience. At the price range, nothing majorly wrong or inappropriate.

Very nice hotel very near to center of Kasaragod. Rooms are very clean and good ambience. Service is good and staffs are very polite including managers. Food is excellent but quantity plate wise little bit small. Parking is available. Breakfast is included...Overall very good experience.

Last day visited the premium bar area and it was just a wonderfull feel to drink and eat from the premium area, nice ambience and a lot variety of drinks and good service overall it was a pleasant experience.

One of the poor rated hotel No coffee machine Provided only one set of toothpaste and brush for 2 guests. No refrigerator and microwave Single bed for 2 guests. People in the front desk has no English knowledge I don’t know why this is 3 star hotel Doesn’t qualify for single star as well for the price that I paid. Toilet is very bad My overall experience in this hotel is worst during my stay in this hotel.
