Perfect place for vegan tourists in Panamá. Amazing vegan food, great music, and a very nice space. I was fortunate to try many things and nothing disappointed. The drinks are amazing too. The watermelon and lemonade juices are next level!! I look forward to my coming here again next time I’m in Panamá.

I really really enjoyed the abundance bowl! The waffles were good but not the best vegan waffles I’ve had. Very chill atmosphere in the midst of casco viejo. Friendly staff. Prices resemble those of American vegan restaurants (higher than non vegan spots). They’ve got lots of books and board games which is nice.

We ordered the ‘Happy Waffles’ . 🧇 Wow ! ~ Whole grain waffles with fresh fruit , chocolate drizzle , and syrup ; leaving You feeling refreshed and energized . We also ordered the ‘Tofu Scramble’ ! Wow ! Wow ! ~ The platter came with avocado 🥑 toast , house made vegan cheese , vegan pesto , and more . We ended things with a ‘Fruit Almond’ herbal tea (from Te logy) , with a house made chocolate chip cookie 🍪 ! Perfect ! — We Love this place and know that it is somewhere we will always return to . The food here is fantastic. I ordered the abundance bowl and it was incredibly tasty. Nice little spot with great ambiance and friendly staff

We read about the Vegan Shack before leaving Florida and were not disappointed. Mia and the rest of the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. Do leave Panama City before trying their amazing Summer salad.

nice cool place... no sweating inside... vegan food... sweet and salty... lots of different drinks... was there 3 times... 😋 but possibly the food is high in isolates...

Great food. Cute little cafe. On our trip, we visited twice, had Chickpea omelette sandwich, tofu scramble, bowl and some smoothies. Everything was great, good service. Compared to panama prices, a bit expensive.

This place is great! The ambiance is eclectic, calm, peace, happy, comfortable and The food was delicious and made with so much love. My friends and I met the owner and the chef and they are both phenomenal. They also have a thrift shop towards the kitchen to the left of them. Definitely I highly recommend this place! If you’re lifestyle is vegan, or you like eating plant base and you’re at casco viejo, this is the spot to go!

I ate here 3 times during my short stay and everything was fabulous! It’s all made from scratch and with whole foods so it’s healthy and flavourful and the servings were generous. The ambiance is very home-y with a relaxed vibe so you can sit back and enjoy. I’m definitely looking forward to eating here again when I’m in Casco Viejo!

I went there three (or maybe four) times during my stay because it was so good. One time they even had a freshly made chocolate cake 🫶🏻

I have never rated a restaurant before. So I am inspired. Mia and Eti's place is homey and yummy. The staff serves with love. The food is fully vegan and healthy, and the vegans out there know that those don't always go together. If you are looking to eat in peace, be at ease, be treated well and fill your belly with the highest quality and tastied vegan food, you will enjoy the Vegan Shack!

We enjoyed the cool atmosphere at this restaurant and the little museum in the back. The dog was downright hilarious.

I’m not even vegan but this place is amongst my favorite spots to eat in Panama! The food is of excellent quality and always satisfies my cravings that be sweet or salty. The dishes are notably prepared with loving hands and the environment of the restaurant transmits peace and calm. I keep coming back and my experience always beats the last, thank you!!!

The vegan shack is a perfect brunch spot. The fresh juice is delicious. I also tried the waffles, amazing. Best vegan waffles I’ve had yet. The staff are lovely and the sweet dog is adorable. I’ll definitely be going back!

You have found vegan heaven! Fresh, beautiful food and space. I am in love with the chickpea omelette sandwich. The bread is so good. I wish I had more time to spend in Casco Viejo, so I could come back every day 😭🇵🇦🌱💚

The food & service here was amazing! Especially liked the sliders and the waffles. The coconut water was so fresh too.

Loved the design and atmosphere of the restaurant itself, as for the food, I tried the sliders and the tofu scrambled, both were delicious, filling and reasonably priced. The sour dough bread was the best I’ve ever tasted Also cute doggy

We had a delicious, nutritious and vegan meal here last night. The owner/chef lovingly prepare fresh Buddha bowls, salads, rice noodle dishes and specialties that are so good! You must give this new restaurant a try, it will be impressive!

A wonderful place to hang & eat (I can really recommend the Smoothie Bowls). The owner welcomed us warmhearted.

Adorable place with such cool happy vibes! Had my first breakfast while in PC here and loved the food, ambience and chatting with the owner. Happy waffles, tofu scramble and the papa pega juice with coconut milk we’re yummy! Also enjoyed the little buddy who sat with me while I ate! Perfect little vegan spot 💚
