I was looking for another restaurant and not knowing I came in to Trinacria. I’ll tell you what, I’m so glad I came in. The pizza was delicious! Although they don’t use pepperoni as it’s my favorite topping, it honestly didn’t need it. The Sicilian pizza I got was delicious! I ate every single slice. The service was amazing !!

Tastiest pizza in the city, if I could give it six out of five stars I most definitely would. Friendly staff, great environment, and best of all the pizza is made to perfection. Great staff equals great food.

Delicious & authentic Italian food! The host was really friendly and made us feel very welcome and interested to have us find the right dishes to our tastes. Would definitely come again!

I'm sorry, but I don't understand all the reviews raving about the pizza here. We found it to be ok, but nothing more. First of all it doesn't come out of a wood fired oven (it is even more squared than round, likely to fit in some pan). It is nice and thin, but the dough isn't very well leavened / risen and so the cornicione (the "outer ring without tomato sauce) is poor. The mozzarella cheese was also sub-par. The service is very nice, and so is the ambience (really fancy cutlery!), but, at least to me, that is not enough for a place that brands itself as a pizzeria. We shared a pizza margherita between two people, with the idea of trying something else afterwards, but we were so disappointed we decided to leave and go somewhere else after the pizza.

We have eaten here twice, once via delivery and once for dining in. Both times, the food was excellent!! However, when we ate at the restaurant a few days ago, the service was shocking. It felt more like a cheap cafeteria than a restaurant. I don't think the waitresses were rude, but they had absolutely no training on how to serve customers or do basic things like placing food on the table. Correct this and you would have an amazing restaurant!

Delicious traditional italian Trattoria. I felt pampered by the flavors of the cuisine of the greatest chef in Panama. Excellent service and tables with elegant tablecloths and cutlery. The best and real italian restaurant in Panama

By far the best Italian restaurant in Panama City. The menu offers a large variety of recipes, from pastas to risottos, pizzas and main courses such as ossobuco and many others. Pizzas are really delicious and you can find here the real traditional vegan pizza i.e. Marinara made with tomato sauce, garlic and oregano (or basil ask the chef according to your preferenze), not so easy to find elsewhere. But also Margherita (tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil) is delicious. Try also the risotto ai frutti di mare (seafood risotto), sensational. A place highly recommended.

Best Pizza in Panama, excellent Service

A wonderful place! We came in for the pizza (Margherita), and ended up getting the Braised Beef Risotto too... both were EXCELLENT! We went back the following day to try the Seafood Linguine, AND the following day for their Duck Pasta. Everything was delicious! The chef/owners were so sweet and hospitable. We spent a month in Marbella and this place was one of our favourites. Reasonable prices too.

Really tasty pizza! Loved it. They changed the name but all the rest is the same as I understand. Highly recommend for this area. Super nice staff!
