Beautiful hotel with brand new accommodations in a great location in Panama City, Panama. Incredible pool and view! The staff is friendly. Excited for the casino section of the hotel to open. Highly recommend.

Food in casino is poor quality.. I have had four meals all poor quality. Today raw hamburger and cold fries I had hoped for this place.... Empty casino... Poor food staff not attentive. Stay with old stand by this place is poor.

Excelente hotel El servicio es muy bueno y las habitaciones muy comodas.

Was told the restaurant was excellent, upon arrival the server gave us the menu (2 sheets of printer paper) got pass that, ordered our food, the server forgot most of our order, got we asked for the check he took 1/2 hour to tally, we were so disgusted with the service we just wanted to leave.requested a take out container for the remainder of the food, guess what they didn't even have that! Very pooooor service i will be coming here anytime soon.

Cold food

The entire hotel was recently renovated. The rooms are large and well appointed with high quality beds and furniture. Breakfast is included and available until 11 am. The main restaurant is open 24-hours and delivers to guests rooms and even to guests at the pool or in the 24-hour casino on the second floor. There is a large pool on the 7th floor with a bar a great sound system. The pool is never shaded by other buildings and has plenty of comfortable loungers and towel service. The Del Carmen metro is on the same block and the neighborhood is full of mini markets, casual restaurants, and souvenir shops.
