The best part: for anyone going to Panama to buy electronics, the Hostal Nomade is one block from an excellent shop: Yoytec. Impeccable cleanliness and a warm simplicity. The breakfast was an excellent experience: delicious and hearty with natural pineapple juice. There are many birds and squirrels in the trees of the common area, you can enjoy the morning to rest very quietly. The staff are friendly and nice. I would stay again for sure.

I booked a mixed room with fan (in booking) , no space for me, there was a mistake. So she wanted to give me a privat room, but this was smelling so bad because there was fungi in the corners of the room. That is to risky for the health. So she gave me another private room, with air conditioning but I was not allowed to use it because I only payed for the fan in the mixed room. But no fan in my room, so I literally almost died in 2 nights in this room. I never had it so hot/uncomfortable overnight. For my third night there she gave me again another room , this time with a holly fan! I shared the room with her 12 years old daughter, but this night was the best of those 3 and I really enjoyed the society of her, she is a good girl and I wish her the best!

It was undergoing construction and looked abandoned from the outside but praise be yo Rihanna that was not the case and I really loved the set up inside with large tamarind trees providing shade for a courtyard with many places to sit, including hammocks. There was no 24 hour service so be sure to let them know when you're arriving or wear bells on your fingers and toes. There we're one or two mosquitoes but what can you do? Eat them?
