By
far
the
best
sushi
we
have
had
in
Panamá.
I
wanted
to
order
on
PedidosYa
and
they
were
showing
as
closed.
I
contacted
the
restaurant
via
WhatsApp
to
inquire
and
connected
with
Rosana.
She
explained
they
were
just
closed
for
a
bit
to
prep
for
dinner
service.
I
asked
some
questions
about
the
freshness
of
their
salmon
and
she
very
kindly
explained
that
they
get
fresh
whole
fish
and
butcher
it
themselves.
She
went
on
to
say
they
were
filleting
a
salmon
at
that
moment
and
she
sent
me
a
video
clip.
So
as
soon
as
they
came
back
online
I
placed
my
order.
We
got
miso
soup,
Crazy
Crunch
crispy
spicy
salmon
and
tuna
appetizer,
Spicy
tuna
roll,
Pacifico
roll,
and
salmon
sashimi.
When
my
order
arrived
I
was
thrilled
to
see
the
hot
soup
in
a
separate
bag
from
the
sushi
and
sashimi.
It
was
all
well
packaged.
The
soup
was
delicious
and
clearly
made
in-house.
It
may
have
been
the
best
miso
soup
I
have
had
ever.
Definitely
top
three
anyway.
The
Crazy
Crunch
was
terrific.
The
salmon
and
tuna
were
fresh
and
flavorful
and
the
crispy
rice
was
so
satisfying.
The
spicy
tuna
roll
was
for
my
husband
and
he
was
very
happy
with
it.
The
Pacifico
roll
was
mine.
It
was
pretty
good,
but
I
do
have
two
minor
complaints
here.
The
rice
had
a
little
too
much
vinegar
and
the
roll
contained
cream
cheese
(which
was
not
listed
on
the
menu).
They
sent
extra
eel
sauce,
so
that
sweetness
covered
the
vinegar
and
next
time
I
will
just
request
no
cream
cheese.
The
salmon
sashimi…OMG.
It
was
everything
we
have
been
looking
for.
It
was
very
fresh
and
the
cut
was
generous.
It
tasted
like
it
may
have
been
lightly
smoked
or
maybe
it
was
sitting
near
something
that
was
being
smoked
which
gave
it
a
really
nice
flavor.
Bonus
point:
they
use
really
nice
pickled
ginger.
Now
that
we
have
found
Sushilandia
we
can
go
back
to
our
weekly
sushi
nights.
I
am
so
happy!
