    It was originally the chapter house of the Franciscan Convent. Today it is a World Heritage Site and is located inside the Bolívar Building. It is a beautiful neocolonial structure and is dedicated to the Amphictyonic Congress of Panama, also known as the Bolivarian Congress, from 1826.
