It's a very small, but good quality collection. There are a couple highly interesting pre-Colombian artifacts here.

(Translated by Google) The museum of religious art is a place that you must visit if you are interested in history, each painting or piece tells the story with dates and they have a guide who can help you if you have any questions. At the entrance they ask for your name and inform you that you cannot take photos with flash, or take video. They are very friendly and have control of the number of people at the entrance to respect the distance. It is totally free and fully recommended. Jorge was amazing. Great conversation and translated everything. Gave a lot of interesting tidbits on Panamanian culture too. Enjoyed this spot more than I expected!

This Museum of Religious Art in the Old Town of Panama, next to the ruins of the Convent of Santo Domingo, is very beautiful. It collects samples of religious art from the churches of the country's capital and also from the interior of the Republic. I recommend it for both nationals and foreigners to visit.

It is a small and cozy museum located in a building that was originally the chapel of the Convent of Santo Domingo, where you can find pieces of religious art belonging to some wealthy families in the country and from several temples in the interior that date from the 16th century. .

It is a good museum to see pieces of religious art, sadly they do not allow recording but they do allow taking photos. I think it's excellent that they have trained staff to guide you and answer any questions or concerns. Additionally, the place does not have air conditioning but everything is very clean and preserved.

A place steeped in the rich religious history of Panama, in the process of restoration

Cute little museum. Would have been nice if descriptions were in English as well (I’m intermediate in Spanish so I was okay), or one of the 4 people standing around at the door chatting amongst themselves offered some sort of tour/assistance, but for a dollar it was fine. A nice little stop while discovering Casco Viejo

(Translated by Google) A small museum BUT with a lot of history to tell thanks to the guide Jorge who handles a lot of information both of a religious nature and of the historical context of the pieces. And it's also FREE! 100% RECOMMENDED (Original) Un museo pequeño PERO con mucha historia que contar gracias al guia Jorge que maneja muchísima información tanto de caracter religioso como del contexto histórico de las piezas.
