Great place to workout. Machines are new, lot of space, and basketball, volleyball court.

They Change the schedule without announce to the clients. The schedule was until 12 pm . They do not Respect the clients. Never affiliate your credit card with this people .

Gym opens until 12 midnight, which is OK, but there are other offerings today that do 24h, which at some point, will be the norm looking forward. This particular site is very spacious, and has it all but pool (only the Panama Pacifico site has that), The fee is no longer competitive as they are on the expensive side now, even with corporate discounts. There are trainers available if you need to get started on how each exercise needs to be performed. Overall great gym to workout on.

Good volley ball players playing on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 8pm

I love this gym and my trainer Abdul Ford, whipped me into shape. Well organized gym with lots of group classes also lots of equipment that are clean and in good condition. I also enjoyed the basketball/volleyball court. The staff is nonjudgmental and very helpful.
