Revenue Manager Elianny allowed me to pay for transportation from/to PTY airport with the room I reserved for family. The staff made my mother-in-law and brother-in-law very happy on their first trip outside Colombia. They were very impressed with the service everyone provided, especially the driver Erick. They felt very special having someone waiting to pick them up at the airport. Erick also proved to be a valuable tour guide when seeing the Canal and other local sites. The return trip to the airport was sad but also a very nice touch to end a wonderful weekend trip.

Best staff, excellent restaurant and bar, delicious breakfast and dinner. Older rooms could use updating but not run down. We will be back.

Great front desk and restaurant staff. Hotel was clean, but no face towels were provided. I've found this to be typical outside the US, so others just be prepared. I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn't for the housekeeper who woke me up at 8 am to see if I checked out already. There goes my chances to sleep in....

All food at lunch and dinner excellent and value for money. Breakfast mediocre, wider choice desirable. Bedrooms appear somewhat dated and tired looking, needing revamp. Facilities in bedroom more than satisfactory, although provision of coffee/tea rather scrumpy.

Rooms were good. I've stayed here multiple times not by choice. I've always been disappointed with their restaurant. Waitresses are mostly lacking manners I had to eat a meal without knife and fork actually I'm in the restaurant as I'm writing this. It's sickening. The waitress now dropped a beer on my table that I did not order and apparently I should not have returned it. There are plenty other options out there.

Great value. Unusually good customer service. I enjoyed my stay. Comfortable bed. Large room. Nicely furnished. The room and the facility were well maintained.

I stayed here a week, and would definitely come here again. At first, I had a room overlooking the pool. It was rather dark so I asked to move to a cityside room, and they accommodated me very quickly. In the second room, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and the room didn't get cleaned as well. But overall, my stay was very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which I very much appreciated! This hotel is also in a great location in Cangrejo, near many of the city's top restaurants. This was a great value, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The service was exceptional. Very helpful staff. The room had an odor but that's because of the carpet. Breakfast was very tasty and there was a variety everyday.

Got swerved on the price of a meal at their restaurant, but other than that, it is a fine hotel. The 4.4 overall rating is about right. Area is close to good shopping and transportation. Useful bodega steps away. Clean and well-built hotel. Recommended.

Very good service. However, the hotel does not obey its own energy savings policies, since the waitresses turn down the air conditioning very low. In addition, the towels left on the racks for savings are washed. The use of 4 pillows is also a waste.

We had an incredible two nights at this hotel, extremely comfortable and well arranged, my friend and I really liked the rooftop pools and the view, the service was excellent, no doubt Hilton garden inn is a 5 stars place to stay in Panama City.

Hot water takes forever to come one. Also, they nickel and dime you. If you want to have a friend over or anyone not on the room reservation, they will charge you $27 each time even with your friend's ID! Additionally, they put a coffee machine in your room but make you buy your own coffee pods downstairs if you want them.
