Good breakfast. Front desk people are helpful. Used the Casio $25 coupon and got all most $40 back and had fun time. The only thing is the area is no much thing to do in evening, the big shopping mall is empty. Oh, the pool looks nice

It truly did meet my expectations..great staff, at least when I was there. Had arrived quite late from the airport and was generously treated with courteous service. Only problem was restaurant as the fished ordered was not fresh. Was too tired to make an issue of it.

Perfect place for a party! We had our staff party here and it was perfect! Comfortable seating, good food, good space for dancing and music!

Very good Radisson. They looked very well after us. The facilities are great and their restaurant deserves a high rating.

I stayed in this hotel more than 10 years ago same set up picture frame and curtains faded, dirty carpet, bathroom smells horrible, need a good remodelation. I was lucky to see the rooms before check in. This hotel is not a Radisson franchise.

Great location. Right next to Hard rock hotel, casino and mall which can all be accessed through internal walkways. Room was upgraded to partial ocean view on 15th floor, had two bathrooms with separate living space and kitchen. Great selection at breakfast buffet, recommend ordering the included omelettes. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the all you can eat Sushi in the bar lounge, at best it was underwhelming. Overall, nice hotel with friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful stay! A beautiful view of the city, and the bay. Friendly service from the personnel. We booked a two room suite, and it was very clean and neat, and properly attended during our stay. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. There were three or four tables of food. Hot and cold options. So much to choose from. The hotel website says that they speak English, and they do, but my Spanish was far better than their English, and doing business in Spanish was just easier. One very convenient notable fact is that the hotel has an elevated walkway to the mall across the street. If you are spending time in Panama City, this is one hotel I strongly recommend.

Nice hotel and staff, right next to a casino, Hard Rock cafe, and across the street from a multi central mall. Very centralized with big rooms including a tub ( rare in Panama) mini bar and good closet space. The bed was extremely clean and comfy as well as the room was Very quiet when we were there. The breakfast buffet however, is lacking a bit in mains, traditional to Panamanian styling with breads, fruits, cold select meats and cheese. ( but they had mimosas!) Overall is suitable for being included in rate.

I wanted to add to my previous review. If you stay on Saturday night, bring ear plugs. The live music coming from bar is louder than my tv as the atrium acted like an amplifier. The shower is unsafe. Tub is on 4-6” platform making it difficult to get into shower. There are no grab bars so I used curtain bar. I had to help my wife as tub is slippery. I stated manager doesn’t come to work until 11 am but found out he is only the front desk supervisor. The manager doesn’t arrive until 8 pm. The ice machine was on our floor but of course as most things in Panama, it doesn’t work and they’ll never fix it. They don’t supply wash cloths and if you ask for one, they’ll leave you just one. You can turn your nightstand light off and on with just a slight bend of the electrical cord where the electrical tape is holding it all together. Don’t mind the noise it makes when doing this, it’s just arcing inside of tape. The breakfast is the only good thing going for this place. So if you are staying here for the good breakfast, you’ll leave happy. Otherwise nothing else is worth staying here for.

Nice hotel right next to Multiplaza mall and casino, outdated but generally in good shape, great ambience, good service but very limited personnel. Small pool with no service. Decent food. Edit: Staff robs guests, with no action by management. I asked for a room change due to construction noise early in the morning, but the new room wasn't ready. I went up to my room, packed and left it to them to move my bags, a few items were removed in the process with no response from management.

It's ok. A bit run down. Across from a mediocre casino and distressed shopping center. No one at the pool to attend to guests, as I had to look in a janitorial room to find my own towel. The advertised "All You Can Eat" sushi plate, had only for 5 preselected rolls you could order from. Morale seemed depressed, as many workers had a serious demeanor and lack of joy in their work, usually a sign of needing better leadership that empowers employees. The included buffet was very so-so, though adequate - not to the standard of Radisson Hotels I've been to in India and the UAE.

Very good service. I am happy to having vacation at here. This hotel giving me impression. Also the team is perfect who are working here. Decapolis Hotel is %100 adviced place.

I had a very nice stay. Nice hotel with a great staff. I will be staying there again when I come to Panama.
