This
hotel
would
have
received
a
5
star
rating
had
it
not
been
for
the
food
service/restaurant
in
the
hotel.
After
arriving,
we
went
to
the
restaurant
for
lunch.
We
were
seated
after
a
few
minutes.
It
took
very
long
to
get
any
orders
for
drinks.
After
being
told
of
the
buffet
style
lunch,
we
checked
it
out
and
decided
to
order
off
the
menu.
This
is
where
the
nightmare
started.
We
waited
and
waited,
and
never
received
a
menu.
I
finally
got
up
to
ask
the
server
for
menus.
Her
excuse
was
“Oh,
I
thought
the
other
girl
gave
you
menus”.
We
decided
on
what
we
wanted
for
lunch,
then
waited
and
waited.
No
one
came
to
take
our
order.
We
had
to
get
up
from
the
table,
take
the
menu
to
the
server,
and
tell
her
what
we
wanted.
In
the
mean
time,
people
were
coming,
ordering,
and
leaving
the
restaurant.
We
waited,
and
waited.
Our
food
never
came.
We
decided
to
leave,
and
to
speak
to
a
manager,
who
tried
to
make
excuses.
We
left
and
ended
up
ordering
delivery.
This
was
terrible
service
for
a
hotel
like
this,
and
we
struggled
to
even
give
it
3
Stars.
The
hotel
was
clean
and
the
room
was
very
nice,
close
to
the
airport.
