I had a long layover flight and needed to secure a hotel for the night. The Crowne Plaza Airport hotel filled up quickly but the other location on Baptista Avenue in the city was helpful. I got to experience local cuisine and walk around town for the night and then came back to my hotel. They also helped me to secure a taxi by morning to get back to the airport as I didnt have any more cash but I had my card that I could swipe. Friendly and professional service.

Lovely staff. Nice updated lobby with a good bar. Functional gym. Good location. Unfortunately the furnishing of the rooms and the bathrooms are extremely dated and really show the age of the hotel.

Do not stay here, it was such a bad experience. The location is not safe at all and very close to the bad side of town. There was mold in our room and we had to change. The pool was not usable because it was right above the trash dump that looked like a land fill. The service was not great and the building was very dated. The second room we got put in was dirty as well. The only decent thing I could say is that they changed out our towels every day.

Good hotel and well maintained property. Stay was comfortable and rooms as well we're Excellent. Food served in buffet should have more Asian variety as well since many asian nationality as guest were present and veg options were limited.

It was nice and good stay. Good location and amenities. Foods are great with plenty of choices.

It's clear the interior hasn't been updated in a while (except for the lobby) but the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the buffet dinner was good with good service. We left before the sun rose so I cannot comment on location.

I cannot put into words the awful customer service of this hotel. They offer a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and good luck!!!! It's no where to be seen. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE FREE SHUTTLE!!. You call and ask where the heck is the shuttle and they keep saying the same thing... don't worry the service is 24 hours, it leaves every hour! Then ask you to wait in the line for them to check and nothing... no further response! I've been waiting 2 hours for the shuttle and nothing!! Have spoke to 5 different people and nothing!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!

Disappointing at best. The buffet dinner was bad and the breakfast was okay. But I was promised that my 15 days of stay will be added to my IHG rewards but they did not do it. I spoke with them three times about this.

Super recommend for any plan in Panama. It's not expensive and the service is very good and kind and rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Very nice hotel for the money. Large room, very clean, beautuful lobby, circular driveway entrance off of main road was very easy for drop off and pick up. Location could have been better, other buildings on the block looked rather run down. But we felt very safe, but never ventured out at night

Rooms are good. Tidy and clean and spacious. But should've supplied mineral water bottle.

A very pathetic hotel. Always get noise from the road in the room, cannot sleep even in the night time. Bathroom tap is ever leaking. They provide same lunch food in the dinner time as well with hardly any variety.stay was poor and recommend to avoid this hotel

This hotel would have received a 5 star rating had it not been for the food service/restaurant in the hotel. After arriving, we went to the restaurant for lunch. We were seated after a few minutes. It took very long to get any orders for drinks. After being told of the buffet style lunch, we checked it out and decided to order off the menu. This is where the nightmare started. We waited and waited, and never received a menu. I finally got up to ask the server for menus. Her excuse was “Oh, I thought the other girl gave you menus”. We decided on what we wanted for lunch, then waited and waited. No one came to take our order. We had to get up from the table, take the menu to the server, and tell her what we wanted. In the mean time, people were coming, ordering, and leaving the restaurant. We waited, and waited. Our food never came. We decided to leave, and to speak to a manager, who tried to make excuses. We left and ended up ordering delivery. This was terrible service for a hotel like this, and we struggled to even give it 3 Stars. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice, close to the airport.

Great hotel, special mention to the staff, you will feel like at home, big room, all kind of facilities, very satisfied.

Best place to stay. Staffs are so nice. Food is very good but I must say there is no variety dish available here. Overall it's awesome and definitely I would recommend this to my friends

Not the best hotel experience. We often had no hot water in the shower, and the outdoor pool wasn't cleaned often enough. It was always full of dead bugs. And the breakfast buffet was nice, but overpriced. All of the people there were very nice though.

Shower not working properly (poor water flow on shower), no fridge in my room (406), TV too small, room too noisy due to poor insulation . I am gold member and stays in members of this group often but this hotel is the worst one to stay considering value for money! 4 stars for this hotel is questionable!

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms. Though my room need to be repaired like in the bath tub, the bottom part is leaking. There is free wifi but for only 2days or so, if you are staying longer you need to ask again for another free wifi account. The food is very delicious. Overall the hotel was very beautiful.

Good hotel for the price. The breakfasts and buffet is excellent value for money. Excellent location near metro.The only complaint I have is the water pressure could have been better for showering. It is minor issue and overall, I would recommend this hotel for someone seeking a comfortable stay in Panama City.

Super rude security guard at the entrance of the hotel. Because of him I will never set foot on this hotel again nor will recommend anyone to stay there.
