I am currently staying here in this Panama Beach lodge hostel. 10$ a night if you stay a week or longer, otherwise 15$ a night, you have all the basics in the house to live, cook, and the best thing is the beach is literally 1min outside the door. Again, amazing people running the place.

If you are seeking the family-like vibe, this place is for you! 🥰 From the moment I arrived, the owner, Abdiel, greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel like part of their friend group. The small team of staff were attentive and always helpful. The lodge is clean, with well-maintained shared spaces, rooms, and bathrooms. I appreciated having access to a fully equipped kitchen for preparing my own meals, but there's also an onsite restaurant/café. The beach is basically right at the doorstep, it was perfect to have a quick glance at the waves before heading out with the surf board. Overall, my stay at Panama Beach Lodge was exceptional, and I would come back in a heartbeat✨

Nice hosts and travelers. Super for surf and chill. In san carlos is generally not much going on.

Highly recommend. Lovely place, a few steps from the beach, there is a place in the property that sells food, beers, smoothies and sodas, there is also a surf board rental and plenty of open areas to hang out. The staff is friendly and nice, the whole place is clean and well taken care of.

Visited from U.S.A (Alaska) with my large family grandparents to small kids. We Had lunch and it was awesome! Good food very nice people and service! Fun atmosphere. Made our Panama experience even better!!

Enjoyed our stay here, great location next to the beach and a super chill environment. Room and bathrooms were clean, shared spaces could be cleaner but great value for money.

Right by the beach, friendly staff, surf school in place, felt like home.
