Mochila & Art hostal cancelled my reservation on the afternoon of my scheduled arrival with no suitable explanation for cancellation. In the cancellation notice from Iovanna, the hostel promised to refund my deposit for the two rooms, two nights. it’s been three weeks of me chasing and they have still kept my deposit and have not replied to any of my emails!
