BED
BUGS
AND
TERRIBLE
MANAGEMENT..
I
stayed
there
with
my
girlfriend
and
at
2
am
I
was
woken
up
because
I
had
a
bad
itch
all
over
my
body.
I
got
out
of
bed
and
went
in
the
bathroom
and
could
see
bites
all
over
my
body.
My
girlfriend
turned
on
the
light
and
we
saw
bed
bugs
in
the
bed.
I
went
to
reception
at
2am
(with
the
bed
bug
in
hand)
and
the
nighttime
guy
changed
us
into
a
new
room.
In
the
morning,
when
I
was
checking
out,
I
asked
for
a
discount
or
something.
In
addition
to
sleeping
terribly,
being
covered
in
itchy
bites,
having
to
pack
my
bags
at
2am;
I
have
to
wash
and
clean
all
my
clothes
and
bags.
The
manager
looked
at
me
very
irritated
and
said
‘you
got
a
new
room
last
night’.
Yes,
I
did
get
a
new
room,
which
wasn’t
as
nice
as
the
one
I
paid
for,
and
it
still
doesn’t
address
the
terrible
experience
I
had
at
your
hostel…
Then
the
situation
gets
worse,
the
manager
had
the
nerve
to
get
mad
with
me!
Blaming
me
for
bringing
the
bed
bugs.
I
told
him,
we
came
from
our
house
and
hadn’t
slept
in
another
hotel
before.
He
continued
to
get
angry
with
me
trying
to
blame
me
for
everything
and
thought
I
was
lying!
As
someone
who
works
in
the
industry,
I
have
never
ever
ever
seen
such
a
poor
response
to
a
situation.
Then
the
manager
said
‘if
we
discount
everyone’s
stay
who
gets
bed
bugs,
we
wont
make
any
money’!!
How
often
are
you
getting
bed
bugs
if
its
going
to
take
all
your
profits
away??
I
understand
that
bed
bugs
can
happen
and
its
very
frustrating
as
a
hotel
owner.
I
wasn’t
even
blaming
you
guys
as
it
could
have
been
the
people
who
stayed
in
the
room
the
day
before
I
arrived.
But
to
blame
your
guests
and
not
offer
them
compensation
is
simply
terrible
terrible
customer
service.
And
to
make
it
worse,
to
get
angry
and
yell
at
me,
is
nothing
short
of
shocking.
You
guys
have
a
lot
to
learn.
