This is a very difficult and conflicting review to write. This is essentially a hotel built in 2016 that is NOT well-kept. Chips of tiles are gone from parts of the swimming pool, scuffs everywhere in the bottom part of the room wall, and a remote control that is very weak battery-wise. The receptionists are wonderfully friendly and Nathaniel, the porter is always there with a big welcoming smile, which are great. Unfortunately the cleaning staff speaks next to no English, and even though we asked her to change the linens she clearly didn't, and also the hotel upgraded our room (which is a big yay) -only to place extremely loud neighbours next to us the next day - which means they didnt completely read my note about wanting a quiet room. Like what in the world? Breakfast was decent but the breakfast area had scuff marks on the floor and some parts look like its really worn down. It's a shock that I found out the hotel was built in 2016 and not earlier. The people are generally OK, working with what they can, but I won't be coming back here due to the so many little issues. Keep in mind the room was still comfy and the AC is nice.

Stayed here as a one night stopover in transit to the airport. The hotel is well located with malls and amenities near by. Rooms were of high standard and very spacious. The onsite gym has good quality equipment, however can get hot during the day time. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was attending a 3-day conference at the hotel and stayed there a total of 6 nights. I had written to the food and beverage manager to inquire if they would be able to accommodate our dietary requirements. They met us the first morning and we figured out what would work for us, and every morning they checked to see if it was satisfactory. We felt as if they went out of their way especially for us even though the restaurant was very busy. Special thanks to Rudencio.

Got a room for our last night in Panama, 15th floor, excellent view. The room was huge, large shower, excellent water pressure (with hot water)! We ordered room service for dinner, took about an hour, food arrived at a good temp, prices were very reasonable. The carbonara was very good. Breakfast was included in our room rate, I was blown away...full on breakfast buffet, breads, fruits, yogurt, omelet station. Make sure you have the time to enjoy it. I can't speak about location (we had an early flight the next am), other than it is across the street from a huge mall/movie venue. Room rates were great and some even offer late (5pm) checkout for no additional charge! I paid $109 total, with breakfast and late checkout option!

Wonderful city view from the room. It’s clean, with all the amenities, has coffee machine in the room. Close to the shopping mall. There’s indoor heated swimming pool.

I'm glad we chose this hotel. Rooms are big and comfy. Water pressure is strong even on the higher floors. Everything is super clean and the people are very courteous. Breakfast is until 10:30am and it's delicious and has lots of hot or cold choices to choose from. Gym is fully equiped with a wonderful view of the skyscrapers. Lots of hospitals, pharmacys, convenience stores, fast food and restaurants within a few minutes of walking distance. 100% recommended.

I regret staying in this hotel. The day I was leaving the hotel, I found a bug on my pillow. The picture is attached. I was so shocked when I saw the bug crawling on my pillow. When I reported this to the staff, they were shocked and apologetic and gave me 1 night free for the inconvenience. Apart from the bug on my bed. I am on a high floor in the hotel. Beautiful view of the outside from the hotel window. The staff are nice, the location is prime. Breakfast is a buffet style and a good variety. The building is old and will need renovations, but still a nice and clean hotel. This would have been a 4-rating. If you are driving, you have to watch out for the signs to the hotel from your gps.

For my first trip to Panama, staying at the hotel was the best choice. The staff were always helpful and pleasant, I enjoyed the restaurant breakfast and dinner, the city view from the room was phenomenal with floor to ceiling windows and housekeeping service was on point every day. What I enjoyed most about the hotel was the location. I could walk to the beach, public transportation bus stop was just a quick walk away from the hotel and taxis were constantly passing by. If I am to visit Panama again, I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is decent generally speaking but the room has much to desire for. The walls had mold and the floor carpet had lot of stains that made me feel uncomfortable. The swimming pool had many tiles loose and cloudy water.

The location is superb. However, the hotel lacks regular maintenance and is on a deterioration path. Limited choices at the breakfast buffet, which are not that fresh. The pastries seem to be a few days old, This is the first hotel restaurant I have seen that allows people entering and dinning in pajamas and nightgowns - kind of tasteless. Th friendliness of the staff varies a lot. From very kind to very sour. I travel a lot around the globe for work and stay at all kinds of hotels. This one doesn't go beyond 3 stars. I may stay here again due to its location and decent prices.

I have been to this hotel 3 times, last time I was there the pool had cold water, before it had a great temperature. The breakfast is very simple, the scramble eggs weren't good tasting and overall the breakfast was very simple for what you would expect for this hotel. The hotel is in a good spot near the touristic attractions. The room was clean and spacious. Key things to get better for me would be better tasting and more variety on the food selection and some painting would hurt the place. Overall good option to stay if you're going to Panama City.

Very average hotel. The rooms are ok but need a lot of attention to the details and the service. My experience in Panama on this trip was that everything is like that. A lot of beutiful building, but when you see upclose there is a lot of attention to details and average service, even in fancy restaurants. For me Panama was "Pintura y Capota".

4stars overall for me bc of value & location. Zero stars for pool...murky & uninviting 4 stars for the room bc of the value. Nice clean bathroom w/waterfall shower. Bed was comfy & plenty of space. 3 stars on service bc they towel service isnt even basic...2ppl...you give 2 of everything bt that was a challenge there. 5 stars on location SUPER comvenient to walk to corner/grocery stores, mall, casino & restaurants. Great view of city!

This hotel states they have English speaking staff but they only had one and all staff did not speak English. It was very hard to communicate and if you call for any kind of service they take an hour at the minimum to respond. Housekeeping was great. If you don't speak Spanish I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

We love this hotel. For a little over 100$ per night including the best breakfast, it's a very good value for money. The heated pool is also one of our favorites

The hotel location was the reason for our reservation. Which was excellent for all the surrounding restaurants and stores. However the real value was in the AMAZING delicious variety in the breakfast! In addition, the workout facility was nice, and the room was spacious and really comfortable bed and lots of pillows.

In early January, we stayed at this hotel during our stopover in Panama City. We were very pleased with the high quality, spaciousness and cleanliness of our room; it also was on the 23rd floor with a gorgeous city view. Overall, the hotel was maintained in very good condition and has a heated indoor pool. The location is ideal, very central and especially close to many kosher restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful surprise, with a wide variety of offerings of hot and cold meal items, fruits, cheeses, etc., better than any previous stay in similar class of hotel in Canada or the United States. The omelette personally made to order was so very tasty! The staff were very helpful and willing to assist with any needs we had as well; a special thank you to Mr. Abdiel Lorenzo at the front desk for helping with our flight reservation. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Good customer service and good food for breakfast, the pool on the LB floor was supposed to be warm and it was really cold plus the floor was a little bit dirty and the bathroom smelly, nice view from the 21st floor, the A/C was not cool enough. It is close to pharmacy/ hospitals and malls so not that bad. 7.0/1.0

Extremely dessapointed!! Very dirty room (bathroom door dirty, carpets very dirty, pillows stained, bad service: for 3 persons 4 days we only got 2 shampoos, and after 3 hours calling the reception, they finnaly got us: 1 piece (20 ml). I do not recommend!

This hotel had a special Black Friday offer which I took and booked a room. They confirmed the booking, but the next day they changed their mind and tried to make me pay 6 times more. It was a scam to draw customers in and then renegotiate prices. Very unprofessional and lamentable, after all they pretend to be a top class class.

At the moment this hotel is being used as temporary hospital for Covid19 patients that cannot find space in regular hospitals...this includes travelers detected as infected arriving at the airport.

Great hotel for a few days in Panama. The rooms are super comfortable with a good room service menu. The black and gold design was very stylish. The pool was indoor and heated but not on the rooftop. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice and fresh options of juice and fruit etc. I would stay here again.

Had a great stay, would highly recommend. Not far by Uber to the rest of the city. Very friendly staff, and breakfasts were excellent. Meeting facilities were also very good.

Forced to quarantine here by the Panamanian government. It was dirty and there were roaches. Not ok.

Rooms are great. The indoor pool and gym are perfect. Most of the services are great. The receptionists could be more smiling and more welcoming with their guests. Few restaurants and shop’s nearby but mostly need to use uber/taxi to go somewhere.

I would say that i had a best hotel that ever seen in my travel history across many countries.... They serve a great variety of Entire American breakfast (contains North, Central, South America's typical food). Heavy tourist stay during weekends... It has amazing view and amenities.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in Panamá. Centrally located, awesome amenities, outstanding breakfast and spacious and clean rooms. It’s not the typical hotel room that we are used to. It feels homie and comfortable. The service in the hotel was outstanding!! The employees spoke very good English and communication was very easy. Management was outstanding! I recommend this hotel without hesitation. Will definitely be back.

I loved this place. The room was super comfortable and had a great view of the city (although some rooms don't have the priveleged view on the other side of the building). The room service food was tasty and prompt and available until very late. Staff was incredibly polite and bilingual (for those who may not be bilingual Spanish/English). They had free valet service which was a huge plus for us since we didn't want to use public transportation this weekend or pay for parking. The complementary breakfast had a good selection and the quality was pretty good for buffet standards. Again, the staff in the restaurant was fantastic. I wish we would have had time to check out the spa, but unfortunately didn't make it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in downtown Panama City.

Nice and friendly! Every single one person of the staff was very eager to assist and always cheerful and smiling, the services were excellent and most specifically, I received the most enjoyable assistance from the ladies at the spa, from Miguel and Hose, and from the dinning area. More specifically, one waiter was kind enough to bother and google search the plates from the menu in Greek! Awesome! Highly recommend for a pleasurable stay at Panama City!

We were comp'd a night's stay here by our airline because of an unexpected 25 hour layover and let me tell you that this hotel is top notch. In my humble opinion I'd say that this is a 4+ star hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the shower is great with good water pressure, and the room itself is very modern looking with great views of the city. I would stay here again and I would recommend staying here.

The Restaurant next the Lobby is good , however their food is awesome!! You may want to ask for Jean Paul or Anny attention! Breakfast was very good too. The bedroom was very good however it's very easy for anyone to go inside those elevators press any button and be in your door. So I will careful with that.

I booked at this hotel because a reading some of the reviews. What a mistake these have to be reviews that are paid for. When I was checking in people came up to the counter over and over again with different problems made me a little nervous. I went to my room the refrigerator doesn't work the telephone they would not answer the phone call from my room it rang and rang and rang the television remote does not work. I asked why they didn't answer the phone they say that they're busy you get no customer service at all I would never have booked this place. I should have known when the first time in my entire life I hotel charged me up front for my stay I've never had that happen before but now I know why they have to do that so they get you to stay and pay the money. Now I'm stuck here for my whole trip. Their food is not good in the restaurant the cake is old and been sitting there. I had the spaghetti bolognese it was the worst I've ever had. You have officially been warned of the type of service you will get at this establishment. If you still choose to book your stay at this hotel it is at your own risk. If you are from the United States or any English speaking country I would not recommend this hotel at all. The morning Buffett is horrible do not pre pay for that. I could not eat anything. Waffles hard as a rock. Eggs no flavor. Bad bad bad . No room service

I was granted a night stay in that hotel as compensation for an oversold flight. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. Also, the food is delicious.

I stayed there for 5 nights while my husband was a patient across the street at Hospital Paitilla! It was so convenient for me to walk back and forth across one street. Hospital and hotel employees helped me with my luggage going both to and from the hotel. My hotel room was large and modern and very clean with a great view. There was a delicious free breakfast every morning, and I enjoyed a glass of wine and a delicious salad at night and the ultimate highlight was the huge bacon cheeseburger! All this was so very helpful while my husband was in ICU. When he moved to a private room I left the hotel to stay with him, but on 3 nights he had dialysis I walked back to the hotel for that salad and much needed glass of wine.

Room was good! Loved d pillows and d view! But d food didn't have d right temperature. Breakfast was cold at 9am and it didn't have Panamanian-breakfast alternatives. D swimming pool was very disappointing! Indoors, dark and smelly. D hotel halls were also smelly!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The guy at the front desk named Jorge kicked my husband out of the long line he was standing in because he received a bus full of people that just arrived from the airport. You can forget about first come first serve here. We arrived early at 12 but were told we could check in at 2 when my husband was kicked out the line and told check in wasn’t until 3. Once we got to our room, we had 1 towel and a hand towel, no wash cloth. When we asked for a wash cloth and another towel we waited for hours and still didn’t get one until the next day. The shower leaked and there was only warm water to bathe with.
