Pros:
Great
local
coffee
spot
with
a
passion
for
contributing
to
the
3rd
wave
of
coffee
in
Panama.
Knowledgeable
baristas
who
care
about
Panama,
people,
and
their
product.
They
have
a
small
roaster,
and
feature
geisha,
naturally
processed,
and
washed
roasts.
The
coffee
is
fresh,
bright,
and
locally
grown.
They
also
feature
coffee
from
California
right
now.
The
baristas
are
friendly
and
not
snobby.
They
have
a
great
variety
of
items
to
buy,
shirts,
pins,
and
coffee
equipment.
They
also
have
a
good
food
selection
for
breakfast
and
lunch.
Cons:
They
do
not
have
any
bags
of
coffee
ready
to
buy.
Also,
we
ordered
two
cups
of
coffee,
(neither
one
was
a
pour
over).
It
took
15
minutes
for
us
to
both
have
our
drinks
and
there
was
no
one
in
line
in
front
of
us.
The
couple
who
paid
after
us
got
their
cappuccinos
before
us.
The
latte
art
was
non
existent
for
our
cup,
no
pictures
were
taken.
In
regards
to
branding,
the
logo
looks
very
similar
to
Blue
Bottle
coffee
roaster.
A
rebranding
might
be
in
the
future.
Afterwards
we
ordered
crepes,
and
the
barista
said
they
were
out.
Then
she
said
the
lady
who
works
in
the
kitchen
was
in
a
meeting,
(having
coffee
with
another
customer)
so
they
were
not
able
to
fulfill
our
order.
We
were
asked
to
wait
until
she
was
done
with
her
meeting.
Needless
to
say,
we
didn't
have
any
food.
Overall
a
good
coffee
shop,
with
quality
beans.
In
my
opinion
that
is
the
most
important.
They
need
to
work
on
their
process
for
fulfilling
orders
in
a
timely
manner
for
the
shop
to
run
more
smooth.
Try
Paddle
coffee
and
you
will
be
glad
you
stopped
by.
