The service is so slow, if u want pay 8 dls (+itbms + service 10%) for water with lemon because they don’t offer limonade, you can go there 👍🏻

Good upscale cafeteria food. I recommend this place as long as you order the traditional cafe plates. Don’t order the ribeye steak, you’ll be disappointed. The beef carpaccio is excellent, and so are the sandwiches. Service personnel is very good, fast and competent. Great place for a quick meal while you’re shopping but not a gourmet restaurant.

A casual café in the center of the main mall in the city offers a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Salads, salmon, chicken or pastas are well prepared and tasty. Fresh and rich desserts are offered along with great coffee. Service is cordial but extremely slow, and should be improved under a better management. A nice choice if you have plenty of time to enjoy a meal.

The sweetest coffee. Which for us was not a good thing. Expensive and tiny. It was supposed to be a hot coffee but barely arrived lukewarm. And we got to pay a few dollars in tip for the privilege of them bringing our coffee to us to go. With so many coffee options in the mall, we made the wrong decision by coming here.

Bruschetta is not served on the correct toast and soaked in oil. Traditional bruschetta (tomatoes and onion) is like a "bread pizza" with a sloppy pile of melted cheese on top, not a bruschetta at all. Disappointing.

I know this place for more than 10 years. I am visiting Panama every year and usually I visit Saquella. This year, I invited a friend. A huge mistake ! We were soooo disappointed ! Service extremely slow ! Mistakes with ordered food. My credit card got lost in transit !!! No English speaking staff, not even a young girl - the manager. Except for Carlos, a fantastic, polite, culture, responsible waiter, whom I know for years - he speak English. He was so apologetic for the others ! I DO NOT recommend this place ! Perhaps Saquella at Hilton is better, but definitely do NOT go to Saquella at Multiplaza, Panama City. BTW - last minute edit - just found out, why my credit card disappeared - I have been charged twice ! Only about U$ 50.00, hahaha and I didn't have to sign or add my PIN number. Good lesson !!!
