Great espresso. Great gelato. So I had to order the affogato. It was really good. It was busy when I arrived and the 2 girls behind the counter were moving super fast to serve everyone but still were very polite. I’ve gone back a few times now 👍🏼 👌🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good service, very reasonable prices for Casco Viejo. Panini pollo sandwich was okay but too salty. Still it was filling and came with fries.

Cafe spot with gelato. Came here for something to satiate my sweet tooth with a friend and we split a cup with three flavors. We got chocolate, passion fruit, and stracciatella. The gelato wasn’t as creamy as I’d hoped, but the passion fruit sorbet was really good. There were coffees as well as some bakery items available even in the evening. Indoor seating available. Credit cards accepted.

Excellent Gelato ice cream. The flavor really is there, especially the pistachio and the chocolate.

Great place for having a gelato to cool down the heat! 🍨good selection of flavours, well balnced, not very sweet. My favourite is the Chicheme gelato. It is a Panamenian drink with an interesting taste of cinammon, almond and sweet corn!

Delicious gelato and generous portions! The two flavour size was probably too much for one person in retrospect but we finished it, it was so good! We got banana split, mint chocolat, coconut and passion fruit which were all delicious. Definitely recommend for a refreshing treat! In Panama City.

I can't recommend this place enough! I was overwhelmed by all the varieties of delicious gelato. Ordered the vanilla flavor and didn't regret it. Can't wait to come back when I'm in Panama.

A great spot for after dinner ice cream/gelato or any time given their all-day schedule. What we had was good, but not exceptional. We would come back. There are other stores in the area so you have options Offering more than just desserts is wise on their part. Many seem to like their other options. Stop by, and give it a try.

Came to get iced americano for 3 times in one week. It was 4,90; 5,90 and 5,90 USD. I tried to ask why the price is different every time and the stuff just played it off. I get that this is a tourist area. At least make up your mind on the pricing.

After arriving there exactly on 20:00, (closing hour), they had the door open with a full house, we just ask a ice to go, that would take 2 minutes to give us the ice cream, she said they need to close, and then she excused herself that the cashier was already close, when she had a lot of clients still to pay!?!? What a bad service or lake of will to work!!!

Decent ice cream. Had pistaccio and oreo flavors. Oreo was good, pistaccio was a bit underwhelming. Came here because of their recommendations. Maybe it's the other food items. Price is reasonable.

It is nice coffee shop and my son said they had the best cappuccino he has ever tried in his life. I guess it is 5 stars for cappuccino. They had nice seating area and the staff was friendly. I am subtracting one star for being expensive.

My wife and I had a great time inside of Benissimo Gelato & Caffè located in Panama City. This cafe has a lot of great drinks that area ready for you to drink down! This was a great place in Panama City.

Ice cream is similar to an average italian ice cream. Not the best in Italy but surely the top in Panama.

Enjoyed a great creme brulee gelato cone, coffee americano, wifi and good relaxing spot after our visit to the Panama Canal Museum and walk around the narrow streets of Casco Viejo. Small, nicely appointed and inviting interior

Maybe the freshest gelato we’ve had anywhere (including all around Italy). E.g. the pistachio gelato has whole pistachio pieces in it.

Amazing gelato (Limon and salted caramel), great coffee (latte) and very very friendly staff, plus it also has a very cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Nice place, good services but expensive. The cakes and ice creams look delicious but the taste was ok, not worth the money. They have big screens for watching sports though.

Legit ice cream. Nothing beats walking around cosco viejo and topping it off with some ice cream. Small quiet place with a Panamanian vibe. Viva la Panama
