This is the first restaurant we have visited in Panama, in case that makes a difference.

Great spot for breakfast in Casco Viejo. Must have fresh frozen juice on a hot Panama day. Iced coffee also amazing. Beautiful local art work displayed inside. But they also have a safe outdoor eating area set up on the sidewalk for covid precautions. Sitting outside gives you a lovely view of the city skyline and the water too.

The bathrooms were nice to start off. The foot was good but nothing amazing. The beverages are cheap here and to sit outside was refreshing. The staff were social and joked around a lot with us. The location was perfect because it was on the tip of tip of the old city entrance.

Since we went for brunch, we opted for a ropa vieja dish (better than pictured), yogurt bowl, huevos rancheros, and a smoothie. The coffee was also really good! Great, lively atmosphere and cute decor inside. It’s right in the beginning of old town so it’s a perfect first stop before exploring the rest of the area!
