It
saddens
me
to
say
that
the
experience
was
awful,
I
went
with
my
wife
and
in-laws
for
some
dessert.
We
eat
the
following
desserts:
1.
Bizcocho
de
chocolate
con
relleno
y
cobertura
de
ganache
de
chocolate.
2.
Mousse
de
chocolate
oscuro
cubierto
de
crocante
de
pistacho
3.
Cheesecake
Mermelada
Mora
Feedback:
1.
Service
was
slow,
also
the
waiter
and
the
manager
are
not
bilingual.
2.
Being
part
of
the
Shereton
hotel
franchise
the
whole
area
is
run
down,
tables
have
wholes
are
scratched.
3.
Waiter
provided
metal
cutlery
to
my
in-laws
and
gave
me
and
my
wife
a
plastic
soup
spoons
so
we
can
eat
our
pieces
of
cakes.
We
had
to
request
to
have
this
changed.
4.
The
"Mousse
de
chocolate
oscuro
cubierto
de
crocante
de
pistacho"
Had
not
taste,
you
could
barely
taste
the
chocolate
at
all,
the
mousse
was
just
air.
5.
The
"Bizcocho
de
chocolate
con
relleno
y
cobertura
de
ganache
de
chocolate."
Was
not
up
to
par,
it
seemed
it
was
made
from
box
cake
bix
instead
of
fresh
high
quality
materials
that
are
what
to
be
expected
from
a
bakery
like
Las
Hadas.
6.
Cheesecake
Mermelada
Mora
was
not
fresh,
it
seems
this
was
on
display
for
a
long
time.
7.
When
we
provided
feedback
to
the
waiter,
who
called
his
manager
that
talked
to
us
in
a
very
threatening
way,
He
seemed
to
be
clueless
on
how
the
kitchen
was
handled,
we
asked
if
the
products
were
fresh
or
not.
8.
My
in-laws
are
retired,
and
no
senior
citizens
discount
was
given
on
his
Coffee
and
cake,
since
the
manager
said,
"There
is
no
senior
citizens
discount
on
Cakes,
you
have
to
order
a
complete
menu
for
that".
But
Panama
Law
states:
Que
se
hagan
cumplir
los
descuentos
que
establece
la
Ley
6
del
16
de
junio
de
1987,
en
beneficio
de
los
jubilados,
pensionados
y
personas
de
la
tercera
edad:
• Restaurante
(25%)
Conclusion:
I
do
hope
you
can
use
these
areas
of
opportunities
to
get
back
to
the
level
of
quality
you
have
provided
in
the
past.
