4 years ago I gave this hotel a 4 star review. I visited again because the price can't be beat for what you get and this time they get 10 STARS! The room was clean and efficient, the staff was great as always, and the pool was delicious. Good safe neighborhood, can walk everywhere. The view from our balcony was awesome! Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely come back!

Rooms are nice and big. Breakfast is a poor continental one. For a hotel of this level a disappointment. Staff is friendly and helpfully but communication is not always working good. (Reservation could not be found and Staff of reservation had to be called to find the info...)

Needs A LOT of work! It had been closed for years then the pandemic hit and now it is just STARTING to come back with VERY minimal facilities/service. Ie. It is a 4 floor walk up stairs to get to the pool and all Spa facilities remain closed. Some unoccupied floors look like a war zone and the garage is almost frightening! HOWEVER, the staff, price, location and that yhe rooms are all HUGE studio apartments (that I know of) make it worth giving it a chance.

Horrible, dirty, moldy, smelly, ac does not cool the room. Internet service is terrible. The bathroom door doesn’t close, the carpet is so dirty that my feet were black just walking to look for my slippers. The shower door doesn’t close either and BOOM, water everywhere.... all the way to out to our room. We moved our beds and there was garbage under the bed and gum stuck to the carpet. It’s sad that a hotel looks like this. 0 hygiene. We had to call pedidos ya to buy cleaning products just to feel safe. I do NOT recommend this place, for the same price you can have a beautiful and clean Airbnb. What a shame... this place should be demolished and rebuilt.

Nasty food from microwave ,really bad service racist they hate Colombians

Chose this hotel because I wanted to go swimming. Surprise: the pool is closed! I couldn't even find it anyway... Google says this is a 4-star hotel, but I'd say it's a 3. Could be cleaner. The AC took about 12 hours to start cooling the room. Plenty of food within walking distance. They give you a cafetera, but no coffee... Signs in the rooms remind you not to abuse children and that hookers have to pay to stay.

Hotel Is very nice. Very good location. Walking distance to several nice restaurants. Walking distance to the Dorado Mall. The mall has a nice theater inside. Rooms were nicely decorated and bed was comfy. There's a bar on-site that does kareoke. Pool is nice

As a quarantine facility this is first class. The variety of meals, quality and quantity is perfect. The staff are friendly and very professional. Wish I could stay longer.

We really enjoyed our days and nights on the hotel. The stores and malls arround are very good I personally enjoyed shopping at el dorado Mall, 5 minutes walking from the hotel. There are lots of activities around and the Golden Lion casino is fantastic. Very nice place, definitely we are coming back!

It was great for the price. Could have been cleaned better and the maintenance kept up, but for $77 a night (cheaper if you get it online) I was happy.

Great place for the area. Close to many restaurants and a big mall. Rooms were nice. Beds comfy. AC was nice and cold. Will stay there again.

Nice place, but WiFi was useless and the telephones didn't work. Good breakfast, nice rooms.

Nice hotel overall

No cleaning service , AC not cooling, no hot water , terrible internet, I change to another room and it was the same. The rooms are moldy and smelling. For $50 I could get something better. Don’t waste your money and time in this hotel. The only good thing (large room)

Huge room, staff were very helpful, and the location is great. we stayed for 5 days but bed sheets were changed only once, the cleaning wasn't what we expected. Breakfast is always the same, nothing fancy: bread, 2 different types of cheese, coffee and milk, a couple fruits and eggs. Overall: good hotel. just be aware of the taxi drivers, always ask how much before get in the cab
