I went to check out their daycare facility to see if my puppy would want to spend time playing with the dogs and gain social skills. They were very friendly on whatsapp. When I stepped through the door the office dog came out barking and growling at me, which didn't impress me as they supposedly train dogs too. The lady took me upstairs to where the dogs were kept and I was met with a room divided for large and small dogs. The big dogs had some room to play, but the little dog room was terribly crowded. The floor was full of pee which the puppies were literally slipping on. There were no beds so the dogs were forced to lie on the cold hard tiles, and no toys were in sight. There was no supervision as both caretakers were with the large dogs,so if a fight broke out in a small room with ten or so dogs it would have been very bad news. Very disappointed and sad to see the dogs sitting all day in there. My dog will happily stay at home with her bed and toys and meet dogs in the park.

Service is good and the routine my dog got was fine enough to get her socialized with other dogs and exhausted to come home and sleep. But the night stay over is too costly.

Great doggy hotel with very pleasant staff and full of cute noisy dogs. Maxi was very happy with his 2 nights there.

Best doggie hotel in Panamá. They really love dogs and take such good care of them. Also the grooming services are excellent!!!
