Very enjoyable meal. Located in the mall adjacent the Hard Rock Hotel. Nice menu, I had the Texan pork bbq sandwich and fries. Was very enjoyable. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. A nice piece of home for US travelers to Panama. The hotel is great too along with the conference center accommodations. Would eat there again.

Good live music 🎶 with ribeye 🥩 steak made from heaven. Ribs are slowly cooked with a nice taste. Only concern is during reservations they should say they have live music and you can make a choice.

We ordered nachos and 2 salads. The lettuce on the salad was completely wilted and soggy. Couldn't even take 2 bites of it because it had such a bitter taste. Service was very slow, even though we were only 1 of 3 small groups there.

I am so sorry to say but this hard rock doesn’t have the same standards as the other ones. The mac n cheese was completely different I could barely eat it. The drinks were so bad I couldn’t finish them. It’s really sad cause it used to be my favorite restaurant in any country but this one here is just not good, which you can notice by the lack of customers and being completely empty. The restaurant is very easy to locate on the 2nd floor of Megapolis Mall. Walking in, you go through the Hard Rock Cafe gift shop first and you go inside the restaurant. There were lots of seats available at the time of my visit. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Ordered the Messi Burger and the Jumbo Combo. The meat on the Messi Burger was tender and juicy and the bun was pretty standard. The Jumbo Combo was a platter of different appetizers that included some bruschetta, wings (bbq or buffalo), onion rings, chicken tenders, and what seemed to me like a fried quesadilla cut up into pieces. Also ordered a mango juice that was acceptable in taste. Overall if you want to just eat some standard American food, this restaurant is a good option around this area of downtown Panama City.

Once you find the restaurant you’ll notice there is no entrance from the street. At the time we went the mall it’s in was closed and it’s not obvious that doors are still open to go upstairs. Sign on the mall door would be helpful. There were a couple of tables busy when we arrived and were informed that the kitchen would be closing early. That’s been happening since business is slower. Food was good, and drinks consistent with other locations. Our waiter was very nice. It’s a shame it’s inside such an obscure location otherwise they’d see a lot more foot traffic.

Terrible food, good service

For me, attending the HRC locations whenever I'm around is almost a must, and Panama City wasn't going to be an exception. This one was closed for a while, last time I tried about three years ago and there was no expected re-opening date, good to find it in service now. My experience here, lunch time, was about as expected: great service, good food, price a little above fair given the food but fair considering here it includes the brand. Service here is fully bilingual, good for a place taking tourists as their main target. My food was the Local Original burger, HRC Panama's rendition of the Original HRC burger, here including mashed lentils, sliced plantains, Monterrey Jack cheese, red pepper and onion sauce, lettuce, tomato, and of course a juicy beef patty, all inside a traditional bun; good, tasty, a good mix of the American burger and local ingredients. Quick note: if you are a Hard Rock Rewards member, they have some trouble handling it, ask for the code and request for the visit track on the website

Finding this restaurant can be a bit confusing as it not located in the Hard Rock hotel but across the way... over a bridge and hidden inside a mall! Even the signs that directed us inside the mall were vague so we definitely got in our exercise walking around searching for it. The service was good as everyone was fluent in english, our food was prepared quickly, and of course the music was awesome.

Hard Rock Cafe Panama is within the Mall located on second floor. Plenty of open space with a large curved bar. Unfortunately at the moment of my visit they ran out of Draft Beer. I tried the Cesar salad with Grilled chicken and was plenty and delicious. My son tried the Grilled Salmon. Nice.

The place was deserted on a Friday at lunch time, and the whole mall around it seems to be a ghost town. Nice location, nice service, badly no draft beer (hope because it was Tuesday) as also no local beer (😔) available and the Messi burger in general was a bit disappointing as can seen in attached picture.

Hard Rock Cafe is the best place to be this season. I was here. The services were wow! I enjoyed their meals. I regret not coming with my family. My next visit shall be with my family. They are customer friendly and made me feel comfortable. Thank you the management.

This was such a cool find! We were recommended a different bar in this hotel but came across Balfes first. From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be an awesome experience! Colin and Renato were the coolest. Very friendly and ready to engage in fun conversation. Their drinks are carefully crafted and their holiday menu is one not to miss! We sat at the bar, further in to avoid the chill when the door opened. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
