When we got to Napoli, it was jam packed when we got there and there was a big line of people which is bad for people who want to dine in but luckily we got take out which made it very quick to grab and go. The service/staff were very nice and quick with our food, when we mention our order name they went in to grab our food and it took them less than 5 minutes to get our food out. The pizza 🍕 was amazing and delicious, we should had ordered a bigger pizza 🍕 . The chicken 🐓 was very juicy and mouth watering but the fries was soggy and dull which could be better like more crispy and soft inside. We order 2 pasta 🍝 one is with ham and the other with shrimp both tasted amazing and the cheese 🫕 was even better.

I love the Italian food from this place. You just need to try it, you won't regret! Pizzas are delish as well as the pasta. It's just a total delight!

My first pizza here was in 1975 (and many more to follow in the 18 months I was stationed there) and it was one of the best I ever ate!! Returned in 2008 and they had two pizzerias and the same great taste! 2018 returned once again ate at both again unbelievable food and pizza! I think they may need to give their waiters prozac or better play videos of puppies playing during their breaks? Complete disappointment in quality too. When I eat out I want something better than what I can heat up in my microwave from the frozen food aisle. This wasn't much better. Panama is going down a unfortunate spiral of degrading quality and I'm sad to say Napoli has joined the game in overpriced food & bad service that'll leave you unhappy.

We are from the United States and it is obvious. The waiters apparently only like the locals. We saw the waiter, Harold, 10 minutes after they sat us down. We placed our order. Food came, drinks came we never saw waiter until we were done. Never came by to ask if everything was good or if we needed anything. I would have loved another glass of sangria by the way. They cleared the plates and did not ask if we wanted desert. The food though was delicious. I ordered the beef lasagna and my husband a beef Parmesan. It is very sad that the service is not at the same standards as the food was.
