Absolutely excellent! Gourmet Italian restaurant! So nice to see a place like this on the main street of El Valle! One of the best restaurants in Panama and equal to top restaurants in Italy! The quality, freshness, and hospitality is 5 star! We were there for lunch. We had the pesto with fresh pasta, polpo salad, and fried polpo and calamari with a glass of wine and tiramisu. Total price $60 for the two of us. Completely worth it!

Excellent Italian cuisine, far exceeding our expectations. The gnocchi was a highlight, but everything was delicious. Prices were reasonable for the quality, with entrees averaging around $13-18. Great Aperol Spritz; maybe better than I’ve had in Italy! $5 for a glass of Sangiovese. Staff followed COVID protocols diligently and the entire restaurant is an open air dining room with ceiling fans to move the air. We will be back.

My wife and I went here for lunch about two weeks ago. I recall enjoying the meal but finding it a bit overpriced and not planning to return any time soon. Other than that I can't remember much about it, so it must not have been excellent.

What happened? Very disappointing. Use to be one of the best restaurants in Panama. Upon arrival you use to get a glass of champagne and a small appetizer. Not any more. It made me feel special, now it's just another restaurant. The food was good, but not Really Good as before. They offered no specials. They use to be accommodating, but offered nothing. My husband ordered lasagna. It came a good 5 minutes after my meal and was not hot. The tiramisu I ordered, was in no way what I have had there in the past. The wine list is minimal, again not as before. It was a major disappointment.

The lasagna to me was fair. They didn’t offer a salad or bread with this huge chunk of lasagna that was a bit dry. Could have enjoyed another beer when I was there but they never checked back at the table at all a little disappointing

Pasta carbonara and pasta with shrimps with olive oil, roasted tomatoes and zuchini was delicious! Great service also.

Very good food and excellent service. The best Italian in the valley by far. I look forward to visiting the restaurant during my next visit to the valley !!

This is the ideal place to enjoy an original Italian pizza. Here the pizza is not drowned in a lake of cheap cheese but baked in the original wood-fired oven.

Improvised spaghetti with meatballs by combining the pasta and sauce with a side of Albondigas. Delicious! Fair prices. Decent service. Open air setting with ceiling fans. Memorable..

They were closed, when we called and stayed open for us. The chef is the nicest chef I ever met and just a really nice person. He cooked a special dish for our autistic child. Although he's not Italian, the food was top notch Italian. Simply great. Not the best decorated place but if your looking for amazing food and great service, go! Say hi to the chef Best Cliff

Delicious bruschetta to start. Superb eggplant parmigiana as the main. And passion fruit juice as well. My favourite juice, and almost impossible to find elsewhere. So good!

Best Italian food ever tried outside of Italy itself. Real Italian dishes prepared by a professional chef, the boss, Stefano, even called us to suggest some dishes and they were all super welcoming and polite.

We went just before heading back to Panama City. The food was super lovely. I ordered something not on the menu and the chef whipped up a beautiful clam pasta dish. Everything cooked fresh on site and a cheeky shot of something sweet. Authentic Italian restaurent. Recommend!

I had the clams followed up with filet mignon. The chef has many years of experience and it really shows in both food quality and presentation. His restaurant is staffed by his beautiful family and they were awesome. I was very well taken care of and never felt rushed. I am looking forward to going back and also sharing Casa Florencia with my friends when they visit El Valle

Had diinner there on a Friday evening. Waiter was friendly but didn`t ask if we`d like something to drink... unusual. My friend and I were the only customers and I don`t believe the owner was present. I had had the lasagna there before and it was fantastic so I reccommended it to my friend. It was not good and she couldn`t finish it (I`m trying to be nice). Tip... before ordering the lasagna you should definitely ask how many days ago it was prepared.

Nice restaurant, complied very well with all Covid measures. Ample space between tables. The Caprese di Burrata for 2 was a great starter. Home made pastas were very fresh and delicious. Don’t skip dessert! Very friendly service. Best meal in El Valle.

Delicious place for authentic Italian cuisine. Eggplant parmesan, gnocchi with blue cheese sauce, lemon pie and chocolate tart with cappuccinos were all divine. Ambience was perfect.
