Sept., 2017... This place actually has steak from Argentina which was amazing, but i would have given it 5 Stars, but over 1/3 of the steak was fat. A bit pricey for a place that feels more like a cafe. But still some great dishes. Also really noisy, 10 people sounds like 100 in this place.

Our food was not great. The one thing I wanted on the menu was not available so I was very disappointed 😔 The food was at best ok

I love this place! For being in a hotel, the prices are very reasonable and being our third time here, the meals have all been very good. We’ve also had the same waiter each time and the service was excellent. I tried the burger (reminded me of Fuddruckers), chicken ceasar salad, and the schnitzel from the picture. Yummy!

As a solo woman service was very slow. Food was fine. Back again 7 months later but not solo this time. Great service.

Beautiful restaurant poolside bar. The staff is welcoming. My glass never stayed empty and the atmosphere is classy elegant yet relaxed. I had the traditional ceviche and black bass coco y curry. The ceviche was wonderful with nice chunks white fish.

The food is really good and they have a wide selection of entrees. Would recommend over the pool bar. Great views

Very good espresso drinks and the food hit the spot. Friendly service with inside or outside seating. Especially great experience for a hotel restaurant.

Nice place in front of the Hilton pool. It's a little more expensive than average, however given the place is understandable. Food is ok, coffee is good (Colombian and Brasilian coffee, made in Italy). Coconut lemonade is great!

I love Sequella normally. I've had amazing food and service from the chain normally and I would normally be the biggest advocate of the restaurant however the branch at the Hilton severely let's the chain down. The service is abysmal. Waiters who could not care less about you. Throwing straws and cups on the table being one example of our experience. Not asking where you would like to sit and pointing at the first open table as you walk in the door with a well the table is open so sit yourself and a hectic attitude. Completely ingoring us, so having to constantly flag down a different waitress because ours just wasnt arround. The frappachinos which are normally delicious were terrible. It was a complete let down. The experience is one I hope not to repeat again as I plan not to go back. Which is really sad because this was one of my favourite restaurants in Panama.
