I was a bit hesitant to visit a British Pub here in PC but once we decided to go I was even more dubious about seeing Scotch Egg on the menu so thought I'd try it. Wow. It was amazing. All the food was amazing, the Mac & cheese, the fish and chips and the burger. All amazing. Great choice of beers and probably the best service we've had in Panama. We will be back.

My husband found this place. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. Erick was very attentive and made good suggestions. The curry chips were crazy good. Everything we had- the Mac and cheese, scotch egg (of course) the fish and chips, the bangers and mash and the smoked salmon appetizer were DELICIOUS. It is not a bar, but there is one. It’s a great pub restaurant with high quality food.

The Wallace has great food and fantastic service. Our fish and chicken dishes were properly prepared and the taste was outstanding. Our waiter Eneas Palacio was the best. He was very attentive, always inquiring if we needed anything. He made our dinning experience a pleasure. We will definitely return to Wallace the next time we are in Panama City.

The food was solid. The service was over the top (10 stars if it was available). While other restaurants in Panamá are aloof when it comes to customer service, this staff is very attentive. As a bonus, this place actually knew how to serve an old fashioned.

I was very pleased to find a new place to add to the restaurant's option list in Panama. Burguer was excellent so it was the fish and chips platter. Service was great too. Very friendly and helpful. Decoration could be improved to make it look more like a pub. You should give it a try!

Service was attentive and prompt. Great pub like atmosphere. We enjoyed Fullers IPA and Belhaven black stout and felt we had been transported across the pond! We had a crazy good burger with candied bacon, coleslaw, mushrooms and cheese on a brioche bun with fries and the fish and chips. The chips/ fries were fried three times and were crispy on the outside and creamy textured inside. It was a huge portion of 4 battered fish filets and the burger was also very big- we typically wouldn’t have eaten it all in one sitting but it was just so good. Also, we had to try the scotch egg-it was tasty and dressed with a mustard sauce that brightened the sausage coated boiled egg. A great pub to check out!

What a great little gem this place is. The menu is not extensive but the burger (Bacon Blue) and drink (Caipirinha) I had were GREAT! The burger and fries did have a pinch of too much salt but both tasted great and arrived hot. The service was spectacular and the prices surprised me. I went walking so no idea on parking. *UPDATE: Went back and the Fish and Chips is the best Ive had in Panama, awesomeness and BIG! *UPDATE 2* NEVER order extra chicken for a salad, it's $3 and literally as if they blew chicken dust on top of the regular portion (which from what I can tell is almost nothing)

We read a review that someone watched the UFC here so we went yesterday afternoon to check it out. It seemed more restaurant than pub but the guy let me book a table and said we could watch the UFC that night. We went back later and whilst it hadn’t magically transformed into a pub, they happily put the TV on for us and didn’t rush us. The atmosphere was great, as was the food - we had two fish and chips, and two sticky toffee puddings plus wine, beer and a whiskey sour (highly recommend). Didn’t catch the waiters name but he appeared at the end of our night and was hilarious.

Amazing, friendly service. Drinks made with care and speed. Great beer selection. Awesome environment with a mix of people (you can tell they have very loyal regulars). I had the wings, which were great. Also very good Shepard's Pie, though it wasn't the kind I was used to with the flaky crust on top. They can get quite busy on a Saturday, but there's always room at the bar, so make sure to hit them up if you're in town, as I will.

This is a place to be for fish&chips. Not only good was delicious but the staff was super kind (thanks for your service Will!). I highly recommend! If I would come to Panama again it would be for this food!

My husband and I came across The Wallace by accident. And I'm glad we did. Upon entering the building we were greeted by Angelo who was very welcoming. The ambiance if the place made me feel like I was back in Ireland. The food was amazing! I had the Wallace chicken and my husband had the chicken curry, both were great dishes. Angelo was very attentive, and shared his knowledge of the city, which we greatly appreciated. Would go back in a great beat and recommend it to anyone.

Instead of cod they use Chilean sea bass (Corvina). We also enjoy the Bangers and Mash and the Cottage pie. We will continue to go back for more.

Excellent Scottish restaurant and bar with authentic food and even Scottish Belhaven beer by the bottle. Fish and chips had a great crispy batter and medium cut chips with tartar sauce and mushy peas. Service was top notch and chef has Scottish ancestors. Highly recommended for an authentic taste of Scotland without the kitsch.

Probably the worst beer selection I have seen. Nobody in Britain drinks any of the nonsense they sell, and "Artisan" and "craft" beer is code for unknown and mediocre at best. Not a single internationally known beer at all. I had two different beers, liked neither, and gave up. God knows where they buy the stuff.

As soon as you walk in the door, you're transported from hot, humid Panama to chilly Scotland. The food is heavy and unhealthy, so you don't want to go often. But it's also delicious, fits well with the decor and the blasting air conditioning. Fantastic!

The mac and cheese is beautiful. Just perfect. Order it, I promise you wont regret it. Their fish and chips are amazing as well, as are the wings. But that mac and cheese? Just wow.

I really love this place. Been here twice: first time I got the best burger in Panama (after traveling the country for a year.) Next visit I got the shepherds pie and it was fantastic. Piping hot and cheesy. So good I recommend it to two tables near me that asked what it was. Such a comfortable space and service is top notch. For drinks on my visits I’ve had a Negroni (perfection with a huge square ice cube), gin and tonic in a big stemmed glass, and a glass of white wine from Argentina ($6). For my 3rd visit I’m thinking the chicken curry or the fish and chips. Looking at the food being served to other tables, I’d feel confident ordering anything from the menu.

Who would have thought that I would find one of the best pubs I have been to in Panama City Panama. Besides the large selection of beers, whiskeys and scotches they actually make great regular drinks. I had to try their caipirinha and mojito as a test and they exceeded my expectations. The drinks are in my top three best for caipirinhas and mojitos. Now let’s talk about the food, the fish and chips are truly authentic and delicious. That dish is a must if you are fish and chips person. The chips and fish perfectly cooked and the right kind of crispy. The tartare sauce was home made and the vinegar provided was a great compliment to the fish. The Wallace salad was good and the Salmon was nicely prepared. My only complaint with the salad was that the croutons tasted like they were store brought and kinda stale. The restaurant should provide home made croutons and when they are placed on the salad have the croutons still warm. That would add some wow to the salad. The restaurant interior is small but definitely cozy. I highly recommend this restaurant. The price range is $$.
