Recently a costumer died in this restaurant because it has the glass balcony they have in the rooftop colapsed and the guy fell from the third floor. They think people forgot about this incident, but we haven't. The restaurant doesn't even have an ocupation permit. This place is a life hazzard for any costumer, national or tourist, that may decide to have dinner there.

Amazing food; the Dinamita Sushi is the best. We were sitting in front of the sushi bar, great experience and the Souchef service was really good.

Definitely on the trendy side. Présentation of the dishes are also A+. Had their version of Pina colada and that was also A+. However their beef ramen was overly salty and the base was greasy. Definitely did not agree with me. Otherwise their sushi was fresh. Stick to that. Oh and stay away from their pizza also.

Well.. no one asked us if we need drinks or food. After 30 minutes someone asked us to leave the table at 6:30pm because the table was reserved for 9pm so we said we won’t be here until 9pm and he just left us to stay.. serious “ THE RESERVATION IS AT 9pm” . We only could get anothe drink afte 45 minutes cus we asked and the place was no ppl here. Sad to see a careless workers.

Amazing place which features a fusion style design that suits perfectly for a romantic dinner as well as for a corporate one. The food is excellent, being a vegan I always have difficulty in Panama to find a place that does not offer me only "salads" , the champignon dumplings were delicious, there is a vegan and a vegetarian sushi for who like me is not in the fish one, friends that tried the latter told me anyway that is amazing, the pepper tempura is otherworldly, and the curry cauliflower is irresistible. The service is great and well above the standards of Panama. For lunch they have a very convenient offer, the Box lunch which comprises various dishes.

However we were here to taste. Appetizers Duck rice Rib baos Sushi Poke bowl =can't remember the exact name Tempura shrimps Main course Ribs 2 different fish dishes and salmon Desserts 4 different options Tortura, tres leches, cheescake and other Paired with wine Least impressive and not well prepared were the ribs which were meant to be smoked. As we asked the waitress no satisfactory feedback was given. The fish that they take the skin off at the table was the best dish. The dessert were way too sweet but very tasty (just a personal preference) ensure you share the tortura as it is quite large. The least expected was that none of the dishes come at the same time for all the guests which makes it awkward for everyone to have to eat alone. For the category of this restaurant you expect this kind of service. At the end the waitress nearly demanded the tip to be given directly to her as she said the restaurant keeps the money and does not shares the service share. Also not a nice feeling as a guest. Presentation wise impecable. Loved it. Elaboration and the quality and creativity was really impressive. That I really liked. I am quite a nerd on this matter but congrats on the way of presenting your dishes you can eat your food at a good temperature the entire time as you have the charcoal heating without affecting the dish doneness. Jesus the English speaking server was fantastic. The dj was playing old school classics at the start of the night then when it got more lively, more dance based. The cow horn cocktails are a great novelty, the restaurant is stunning & would definitely go back again

Great food, everything was really delicious with the exception of one of the starters which was still good but not something REALLY good 😅 The short dancing/entertainment from time to time is a nice touch and overall the service was good. Portions are a little on the small side, at least the lobster was.

If you want good entertainment and good food this is the place to be. The restaurant has many mini shows happening through out the dining experience. The food is really really good, but on the higher end of pricing. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant for a nice evening. If you want a quiet place to eat, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for dinner.

This is the most entertained restaurant I have been in Panama so far. Food was amazing. Attention, the best. Environment, unbeatable. Prices are mid-high but the whole experience is worth it. Be sure to make a reservation. Try the rice with beef, any sushi or the ramen soup. Stay until late, it gets better.

Food- literally the tastiest Asian cuisine I’ve had in a long time. We shared so many dishes and none of them disappointed. Edamame, cauliflower, shrimp tempura roll, steak, salmon, beef fried rice, salmon rice, veggie fried rice, short ribs, etc. overall is was flavorful and beautifully presented. Vibe- beautifully decorated with a glamorous safari theme Service- everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Special shout-out to Raphael for working through our language barrier, several good preferences and allergies. Entertainment- there was a light show, DJ, and really fun dance performances. I said it touched all the senses- sight, taste, sound, and sooo darn tasty. We had such a good time and will definitely return!

Food was good but to expensive. Even we had a reservation table wasn’t ready. They put us on a lovely but uncomfortable table. At the end the waiter increased the tip by himself not giving back the change as requested. We didn’t realised that immediately, and the waiter disappeared, so we couldn’t ask him to correct this. Not a good experience, which is a little bit sad as Panama City was very friendly and welcoming so far.

Very good food, although we expected more flavor on the lobster and the vieiras. The wild salmon roll was delicious!! The service was very kind and helpful. Not the best option for desserts but had an exotic presentation. A nice family experience. We will return for sure. 🤍

Quite the experience. I enjoyed the rooftop view of old Panama City stretching to the modern waterfront skyline. Salvaje's eclectic decor, attentive staff and beautifully plated meals complete the experience.

A restaurant and a bar which occupies the whole building. The view overlooking the skyline of Panama city was amazing. The atmosphere is pretty good and food was okay. The service could have been better, though. Our food arrived but didn’t get the chopsticks and/or cutleries for more than 5 minutes. They didn’t have a cold beer and had to chill them in a bucket of ice. It’s a nice place to chill though.

I cannot count the ways in which this restaurant is perfect, but when you go, you'll understand why! The restaurant was so accommodating of my changing schedule and managed to fit my party in a whole 90 minutes before our original time without any complaints. Also, the service was impeccable from start to finish. Nobody was anything less than perfect. The ambiance is stunning, with the bathroom being a highlight with my party. But, of course, the FOOD! This is some amazing Japanese food. The lamb is among the best I've had in my life, the salmon was fantastic, the fried rice was impeccable, and the desserts were flawless! Jaime and team, you have nailed everything and you did a perfect job. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, but your trip to Panamá isn't complete of you haven't been here.
